Head Therapist Deepu is the most arrogant and rude. Even the staff is the same. Even when we asked to serve ice cream separately they said they can’t customise it. Really can’t you serve ice cream in a seperate bowl !!! They need to learn hospitality and politeness! Never going back!

Avoid this "Aesthetic" Trap zero Hygiene & Terrible Service ​If you value basic hygiene and customer respect, stay away from this café. ​Here is what went down during our visit as a group of 7: ​Arrogant Staff head therapist deepu: We were refused extra chairs because it would "ruin their aesthetic vibes." Customer comfort clearly takes a backseat to their interior design. ​Unsanitary Food: To make matters worse, we found both a hair and a stone in our desserts. It's a miracle nobody chipped a tooth or fell sick. ​It is baffling how places like this stay in business while prioritizing Instagram aesthetics over basic health codes and human decency. Food safety inspectors need to crack down on these style-over-substance spots. Not our first visit here, which is why this was especially disappointing. The Nutella strawberry cream cheese pancake was far below expectations. What was advertised as cream cheese was clearly just whipped cream, the strawberries were minimal, and the pancakes themselves were genuinely poor in quality. We shared this feedback with the staff, but the response was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like customer feedback simply didn’t matter. For a place that’s built a strong brand image, this kind of experience doesn’t do justice to the hype. Hoping this is taken constructively and the quality and service improve—because right now, it’s not where it should be.

I recently visited this place with my niece and my daughter (6) the restaurant did have a table however they seem to save it for bigger group. I was even okay to take my order on one of the side tables but they refused to serve me there saying we will give the next available table, which they did with a condition that if a bigger group comes in I will have to vacate it to which I refused to accept and I politely asked them to cancel my order and they gave a Very rude reply saying okay no problem you can leave. and I walked out of the place. highly unprofessional behaviour of staff will not recommend to anyone visiting with family or kids.

Hair found in the food!!!!! Honest feedback. Second visit and unfortunately the experience was just as bad as the first. The staff, especially Deepu (the manager), was extremely rude and disrespectful. Despite several empty tables, they refused to provide one extra chair, citing hotel policy. To make matters worse, we found a hair and a stone in the food. Poor service, poor hygiene, and a terrible customer experience. I can give 0 rating if it would have been applicable. Would not recommend. 👎🏻👎🏻

Extremely Rude staff and pathetic service. Apparently, you now need policies in a cafe to move chairs to seat your standing customers. We were repeatedly denied chairs (Empty Chairs if I may add from the next table) to two of our friends who were standing since a long time due to table availability issues. To add to the terrible service we also found hair and stones in the desserts. Never visiting again!

While the desserts here are great! I had a very bad experience I visited this place on a Wednesday and they were playing loud music like it was a club. After requesting the staff to reduce the volume he said it’s auto setting. I’d say that’s very poor service. I’d like for the owner of this outlet to sit here and try to talk. If I wanted to hear such loud music I would go to a club.

Shit behaviour by staff at this place. Such pathetic attitude they show. We requested for an extra chair, to which they denied saying it’s against their policy…. Which restaurant denies a basic thing like a chair ??? Never visit this place, very unprofessional staff.

Never have pistachio Tres leches and Whisky cream cheese cake. We are regular to this place but this time the experience was really bad.. We literally could not have that Tres leches..
