Nutella Ferrero cheese cake was so damn good not a fan of cheesecake but I liked it. Lotus biscoff was decent overall amazon ng experience.

A small but nice place with different type of desserts. They offer desserts which you normally don't find in other bakeries. Examples include chocolate cookie pie, pineapple cheesecake, biscoff strawberry pancakes, etc. This is what attracted me to the place. Service and high prices are the negative part of this cafe. The staff at the entrance told us that a big party has reserved a table and then the three of us had to adjust in a small place. However later when we saw they nobody was coming, we requested another staff member who was kinder and he readily agreed. So the reason I mentioned this in my review is to let people know that even if one staff member is rude he can make the experience for the customer less pleasant. We ordered Nutella strawberry pancakes and cookie pie overload. The pancakes were soft and the strawberry brought a good balance to the sweetness of the Nutella. The cookie pie was served with vanilla ice cream and was really sweet with a lot of chocolate inside. It is a must for chocolate lovers. In beverages, we ordered espresso shake which had the right amount of coffee flavor. This place is recommended for the unique desserts.

We ordered the triple chocolate cheesecake. The cheesecake was very dense and not at all creamy. It tasted salty and a little bitter too. Genuinely disappointed with the cheesecake. We literally couldn't eat it without the chocolate on it. We left the remaining cheesecake. We were charged for it. However, they replaced it which we got parceled. Not sure if that is up to the mark. The dessert therapy is not worth the hype.

Not our first visit here, which is why this was especially disappointing. The Nutella strawberry cream cheese pancake was far below expectations. What was advertised as cream cheese was clearly just whipped cream, the strawberries were minimal, and the pancakes themselves were genuinely poor in quality. We shared this feedback with the staff, but the response was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like customer feedback simply didn’t matter. For a place that’s built a strong brand image, this kind of experience doesn’t do justice to the hype. Hoping this is taken constructively and the quality and service improve—because right now, it’s not where it should be.

I recently visited this place with my niece and my daughter (6) the restaurant did have a table however they seem to save it for bigger group. I was even okay to take my order on one of the side tables but they refused to serve me there saying we will give the next available table, which they did with a condition that if a bigger group comes in I will have to vacate it to which I refused to accept and I politely asked them to cancel my order and they gave a Very rude reply saying okay no problem you can leave. and I walked out of the place. highly unprofessional behaviour of staff will not recommend to anyone visiting with family or kids.

Never have pistachio Tres leches and Whisky cream cheese cake. We are regular to this place but this time the experience was really bad.. We literally could not have that Tres leches..

Not worth visiting this place, the staff working there appeared under the influence and was very disrespectful. A very uncomfortable experience.
