Pizza Never Delivered - Horrible Service!I received an order confirmation stating that my pizza would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. After waiting for over 2 and half hours, there was still no sign of my pizza.I called the store multiple times to check on the status of my order, but no one picked up the phone. After several attempts, I finally got through, only to be told that my order was on its way and would arrive shortly. Another hour passed, and still no pizza.I called again and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They offered no apology or explanation for the delay and couldn't even confirm whether my pizza was still coming. This is completely unacceptable. Domino's failed to deliver my pizza and showed a total lack of customer service. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from Domino's again. I urge others to think twice before placing an order with them.
