A DUH-MINNOWS Saga… Two horrible experiences with this outlet! First on 5th May 2025: after placing order and getting confirmation of 30-minute guaranteed delivery, there’s just no further update. And the store doesn’t answer call…after repeated rings, they transfer line to voicemail. Messages left on voicemail are unanswered till date. I was left with no option but to call Domino’s central customer support team, who raised their hands in helplessness and said they also couldn’t reach the store! And they couldn’t organise alternate delivery from any of the numerous alternate stores nearby. The order was finally delivered after 90 minutes and it was delivered cold. Second incident on 19th May 2025: even worse experience as compared to the previous order. Firstly, again there was no update and response from the store. This time I reached out to Marol outlet, and after numerous interventions, I could finally talk to Bhagyashree, store manager of this outlet. She assured that the order was about to be despatched (this was at 10:45 pm, while the order had been confirmed at 9:21 pm, with a 30-minutes guarantee!). The despatch actually happened at 10:55pm and delivery time was shown as 4 minutes. Then the delivery guy was unreachable for next 35 minutes and Bhagyashree also stopped answering calls. Finally two delivery boys came together at 11:30pm for the delivery…quite obviously they were doing joint trips to different locations and my order probably travelled all over Powai before reaching me, and the pizza was again cold like the last order. The horror didn’t end even after this 140 minute episode. At 00:15 hours, well past midnight, the delivery guy called up for a payment of Rs.57 (a balance payment that had remained unpaid, by oversight, given all the stress that I had undergone for last couple of hours). When I messaged Bhagyashree about the fact that they should actually be refunding full money due to 140 minute delivery as against 30-minute guarantee, she insisted that I should complete this Rs.57 payment and then I would get full refund from Domino’s directly. It is now 20 days since first incident, and 6 days since the second incident, but I have not heard from Domino’s nor got any refund or compensation, despite raising multiple complaints. Once or twice they have sent text messages that they were unable to reach me; I certainly don’t find any missed calls and even if I am not reachable at one time, they can surely reach out again. But they have ZERO CUSTOMER COCERN and shamelessly peddle such LAME EXCUSES, when all the details are available by way of call records and emails provided. TWO TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITHIN A FORTNIGHT, and ZERO REMEDIAL ACTIONS FROM DOMINO’S, or should we say, DUH-MINNOWS? A so called global chain doesn’t seem to have any controls and checks in place to ensure that customers are not left high and dry by stores that seem to be repeated defaulters and which ought to be shut down permanently. And staff like Bhagyashree who do not answer calls, redirect calls to voicemails, do not offer a word of apology for 2 hour plus delays, and instead have the gall to pursue petty amounts at ungodly hours past midnight, should have been FIRED long back. But what can you expect from DUH-MINNOWS, who struggle to even fire a pizza in their ovens for two hours and more.

I had never thought I will be facing such a horrible experience from Dominos. This outlet is doing fraud with people. I had similar experience today as mentioned in all the reviews. I had placed the order at 9:41 PM and it’s been more than 2 hrs and my order is still not delivered. And I am not sure if I’ll ever receive this order. And on top of it there is no way to contact the outlet. The number available is not being answered and there is no one available from Dominos support to assist. I would request to remove this outlet from Dominos as well as they are doing scam with people. People be aware of this outlet. They are fooling around with people. Never thought such a renowned brand can do such act.

horrible experience with ordering food. it's been more than an hour and no one answers the calls at the designated numbers and the app only keeps showing further delay. never ordering again from these hooligans . a person ordering food is but naturally expecting it on time to be able to fulfill his or her hunger. this non communication and extensive delays only speak of how high headed dominoes has become . shame on dominoes to have such service in a world wide recognized brand

RIDICULOUS service. I ordered the same stuff 2-3 times and the order WAS NOT EVEN DELIVERED ONCE. Nobody picks up the call, absolutely careless. ZOMATO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO USELESS. CAN'T EVEN GET THROUGH A SINGLE REPRESENTATIVE!?!??? IS THIS REALLY YOUR STANDARD? PATHETIC 🤢

The staff is least interested in taking orders or cleaning the table. Additionally they were speaking loudly and causing disturbance to customers sitting. Highly disappointing.

Horrible service. Absolutely pathetic. No way to get assistant help. This is a scan/fraud. It's astonishing how this outlet has not been shut down or banned.
