Farm house pizza is my favourite it never fails me .what I like best about Domino's is the crust and their pizzas are never dry

It’s an observation of an year or so. Starting from most important for a vegetarian. They are making veg, non veg together. No gloves or anything worn by the cook that can be seen from the counter. Same oven. Same utensils that fall down are used for veg and non veg. Same place it is kept and Provably cut with the same cutting equipment for veg and non veg. I wonder if this is common practice in dominos because then it is a BIG NO-no for a STRICT VEGETARIAN. Staff: The staff in Lokhandwala branch needs training. Maybe the work load is too much and less people. They are screaming at each other many times. I waited for more than 5 mins on the counter but no one showed up to take my order. Infact I had to tell them to grab the pizza from the oven belt because it was about to fall down. Indoor space is like 2 tiny tables. Usually AC is leaking or it’s dirty. Tables outside are next to the dustbin cans with flies and what not !! Ordering it home is going to be tricky too now after observing how it is cooked and handled. Another nearest outlet is in the Vicino mall. Again seating is not there but first 2 times I went they wanted me to place an order via the app and direct order was not taken. Again had to walk out. We like dominos food but it’s only disappointing now.

Don’t order from this Domino’s, the staff is rude and they disconnect your call by saying they’ll put you hold and then block your number. I ordered this from Dominoz app and guess what, they didn’t put cheese on the pizza. The most crucial thing. Apart from this they forgot to send cheesy dip (did not even initiate refund) cheese was missing from the stuffed garlic bread. Everything was so soggy and old. Makes me pukish even while writing about this. Paid a freakin ₹2500 for this shit. Never ever ordering from Dominoz. It is also important to mention that their customer support is a JOKE no one will come to redress your concern. They’ll send you a phoney link where you can rant as much as you want and it’s gone in cold storage just like their age old pathetic pizza. Pay extra money for a good quality pizza rather than eating this garbage.

We ordered 2 Veg pizzas from Andheri Lokhandwala Outlet today and to our shock, we received old, stale, sour and unpleasant smelling pizzas. We took one bite and left the whole pizza in the box as it made us feel sick and pukish. The aftermath of eating such low quality food scared us. It is such a shame for a brand like Dominos to serve this quality of food. Never ordering from them again and would never recommend it to anyone too. It's time to move on from Domino's.

I just ordered a pizza from Zomato and I don’t got any parcel but it was showing delivered since I paid the restaurant in advance I tried contacting them regarding this but dnt got to connect with these people Totally disappointed by the way they treated by not responding even Zomato wasn’t really helpful had a pathetic experience! And lost money
