I ordered my pizza at 9 pm today, after 1 hour at 10 pm, still from the last half an hour, it is showing 24 mins. Dominos Colaba, the worst service ever have switched off their phone. Now, I am hungry, exhausted and lost my money as well. Please don't order from Dominos Pizza at all, they just want to fool people and even Zomato is pathetic similar to Dominos not letting me speak to the executive and just making me chat to AI bot offering dumb solutions. Now, I don't know what to do.

I just order my food through Zomato.At the of order it is showing that order time is 30 min but even after 1 hr they didn't deliver my order.after 1 hr they drop me a msg that call this no when I call that no they said delivery boy returned to restaurant but in Zomato it's showing that delivery boy didn't move from there.when I asked from refund they said they will cancel order but you will not get refund....very bad experience I will raise a complaint in police also....

we went here today to have the heart pizza but nothing was available everything was out of stock and they said us to not order the non veg ones which were apparently not there so we were asked to take only veg pizza really bad experience with peddar road, marine lines, charni road, and colaba outlet none of them had the heart shaped pizza

I ordered 1 cheesy pan crust base but she give me hand tossed base ..very bad behaviour ...i just go to counter but the staff tell I'm not going to tk order it's very cheap ..very cheap staff ...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

They made me wait for more than 20 mins for a basic pizza service was extremely slow Asked someone to clean the table but my request was unheard till end Very unprofessional!

today I visited Dominos I ordered one non-veg loaded pizza which came with an uncooked complaint and he gave me another pizza Still got uncooked very bad service

The delivery partner misbehaved. Its not at all safe ordering from this place. There people will come and literally fight with you. Pathetic experience

worst pizzas worst service and after delivering 2hrs late their manager shezab says "do what you want to we can't help it" stop ordering from here.
