I had ordered 2 pizzas and 2 chicken parcels. I have no words to say about quantity and quality it had, specially Golden corn it had good amount of cheese, crust being regular one was still pretty good. I am a Domino's fan and can say this was the tastiest Golden corn pizza I had eaten from any Domino's outlet (the worst is from Chandivali branch). Delivery is little slow but it didn't matter me. Thank you for your service (It was delicious).

Pizza lover Dominos outlet which is in sanpada having a great ambiance and good staff. Pizza are the best which are served in short time and loaded with cheese. So enjoy the pizza with loved one and have a great time.

Had ordered Veg Loaded Pizza and tomato pizza, both were good and value for money, tasty, and cheesy

Was in the mood for pizza, so where else but dominos. The taste of cheese burst is parallel to none. Ordered the chicken pepperoni pizza cheese burst. The pizza was fresh & cheesy with adequate topping. The cost for the medium size pizza was about Rs.730 which is on the higher side but the quantity was good for 2 people. Ok for occasional indulgence.

Whenever I've ordered garlic bread sticks in the past I've always gotten the dip inside the box. Not being in the country for a couple of years I didn't know that they have decided to charge for the dip, I ordered 2 garlic bread sticks and a taco (minimum order is 300 if you don't order a pizza btw) Anyhow, delivery guy gives me my order without any dips. Confused I call the restaurant and request them to send me some dips (even willing to give extra delivery charge or extra for the dips) try to explain the situation that I didn't know. Guy on the phone flatly refused, saying if you want it you have put another order worth 300. Even after pleading saying my family wants to eat it now..can you send it with someone else's order maybe on the way? Again flat no. He says I'll send you garlic bread and dip TOMORROW! Like that will help. I even offered to meet the delivery person below my building but no avail. Honestly the lack of consideration is appalling. He could have helped me if he really wanted to, maybe suggested a solution. I'm sure if I had placed another order of 300 they would've promptly been on my door step. Customer service is a joke. Really.

I've been ordering from this outlet since past 5 years. Few days ago my 13 year old brother urgently wanted to use the washroom since he was passing by this outlet he thought of using their washroom. The moment he stepped out of the washroom, the domino's staff started scolding and shouting at my brother in front of the people dining in there for using their washroom without placing order at their outlet. The staff scolded and said that this is not a public toilet and we have to clean this. My brother felt extremely humiliating, he apologised and got out of their outlet. This behavior of the staff was absolutely not acceptable. Before assigning the staff, the manager should teach the basic law to them.

One of the worst outlets ….it’s not 1st time I’m having complain with this outlet bt I always neglected it …they always send wrong pizza or forget something …bt this time I feel they should see into matter …I ordered burrata pesto pizza n they didn’t send burrata cheese at all and instead of pesto pizza they send plain pizza …there was no way to contact them also…it’s one of their most expensive pizza and the main ingredient only they didn’t send …u have spoilt my dinner …never ordering from here

wrong order sent. had ordered classic sourdough veg pizza, instead received something else. The staff must look which order needs to be sent. The rider also misbehaved by asking to open zomato platform so he could give 5 star rating. when asked he said he was just requesting. Taking my phone and giving 5 star rating was not requesting by any means. Not acceptable.

Had a horrible experience today I had ordered at 9.20 pm from dominos and still haven’t received my order . And Zomato is saying connect with dominos ???it’s been 2 hours no feed back ???? It’s 10.50 Now ??? Wht shld a customer think ??? I want my full Refund ???? Very disappointing

Zomato has no control on dominoes order delivery time. Domino’s deliver on time when we order from its app but when we order from Zomato it delays order intentionally this is couple of times experience
