Had an amazing experience at Donmai, Worli! The ambience is beautiful, the food is absolutely delicious, and every dish was perfectly presented. A special mention to Ananya for her exceptional hospitality—she was warm, attentive, and made our visit truly memorable. The food was pretty average. It could’ve been better. We had the baby corn robata - 3/10 Shiitake gyoza - 5/10 Veg California roll - 6/10 Prawns tempura - 4/10 Drinks were also pretty average.

My daughters and I were so very disappointed with the food last evening at Don Mai! The chicken ramen was inedible (had an awful smell in it) and the seaweed salad was just as bad with it being ‘squishy’ and not crunchy at all! The Hamachi carpaccio was average and we had to just leave before we could finish the meal. I have never ever left a review (especially a negative one) on any of the restaurants we have visited in Mumbai but am sorry to say this deserves this review. I must add that the service was excellent.. the stewards were courteous and the ‘dirty martini’ my daughter had was good

It was a pathetic experience. I went to celebrate my wife birthday. We got our food after a wait of 45 minutes after the other with a reason that they had some issue with their system. Manager Rohit / Rahul was rude and was not interested in even saying a small word sorry. Many of my family members didn’t had food as it was too long a wait. Server Asif was good. Can totally avoid this place. Totally waste
