Dragonfly Experience - DJ Chetas We had made reservations for dragonfly experience for DJ Chetas on 18th July. It was a super pathetic experience. The place was extremely overcrowded that there was hardly any space people could dance and enjoy to the music. Secondly, considering the whole round huge bar, they had kept just one counter to reedeem the cover charge and there was no proper management for the food service. Instead at one point, it was so difficult to manage the queue that they mentioned that they are not taking orders for food and cover charge could only be redeemed against alcoholic drinks which is completely misleading. We ended up with our cover charge of around 2-3k unused. Worst experience, which was not at all expected from such a well known restaurant like dragonfly.

Review: Dragonfly Experience – DJ Chetas Event Attended the DJ Chetas event at Dragonfly Experience and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The place was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable, with zero space to dance or enjoy the music. The service was extremely poor – only one counter available to redeem the cover charge, which we couldn’t even use due to the long queues and chaos. When we tried to order food or mocktails, we were bluntly refused, being told that the cover could only be used for alcoholic drinks. This was never mentioned anywhere in the communication, and felt completely misleading. Overall, a badly mismanaged event. Not the experience we expected from a reputed venue like Dragonfly.

I was at drangonfly tonight (16th august). A guy touched the lower part of my body inappropriately and when I confronted him by stopping him through his collar, he was rescued by the guard stating ‘I am going to throw him outside’ , and to my surprise I saw the same guy 30 mins after the incident shamelessly enjoying. We pay such hefty amt to enter the club with expensive food and drinks and this is the kind of service that we gef ? I request the management team to look after this immediately. This is just not acceptable for the price we pay at DragonFly.

We went to the DJ Chetas event on 18th July. It was a very very bad experience...there were only two counter to redeem our cover charges. Most of the time had gone standing in the queue to get our order. It was over crowded to another level. Zero space to stand or dance or move. Not expected this kind of management from such a reputed restaurant like Dragonfly. Completely disappointing . Very poor service.

worst overrated club. Just give you water on the name of drink to burn your money and dj is also just playing for his own insta videos. No tune and music for dance. Don't go just for the ambiance. Quality of food , music and alcohol is the worst ever and a waste of money.

Horrible crowd at the club. The guys at the club were harassing taking advantage of the huge crowd. Not acceptable from such big clubs who make heavy profits by letting 500 people on a weekend.

Experienced inappropriate touching and harassment at the club. The management and tge bodyguards are extremely horrible.
