I visited this club with my friends, and our entry had already been reserved by one of their coordinators. Despite that, the security staff stopped us because one of my friends looked younger and demanded to see her Aadhaar/PAN card. She immediately showed her documents through DigiLocker, but the lady security guard rudely claimed that DigiLocker was “fake,” which is completely incorrect. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she started using insulting and demeaning language towards both of us. The behavior of the security staff was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and reflected a complete lack of awareness. To make matters worse, when I escalated the issue to the manager, he simply ignored our complaint and made no effort to address the staff’s misconduct. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. A place that treats guests with such disrespect and employs such ill-mannered staff should seriously reconsider its standards. I would not recommend this club to anyone until they improve their customer service and train their staff on basic professionalism and respectful behavior.

I was at drangonfly tonight (16th august). A guy touched the lower part of my body inappropriately and when I confronted him by stopping him through his collar, he was rescued by the guard stating ‘I am going to throw him outside’ , and to my surprise I saw the same guy 30 mins after the incident shamelessly enjoying. We pay such hefty amt to enter the club with expensive food and drinks and this is the kind of service that we gef ? I request the management team to look after this immediately. This is just not acceptable for the price we pay at DragonFly.

We went to the DJ Chetas event on 18th July. It was a very very bad experience...there were only two counter to redeem our cover charges. Most of the time had gone standing in the queue to get our order. It was over crowded to another level. Zero space to stand or dance or move. Not expected this kind of management from such a reputed restaurant like Dragonfly. Completely disappointing . Very poor service.

worst overrated club. Just give you water on the name of drink to burn your money and dj is also just playing for his own insta videos. No tune and music for dance. Don't go just for the ambiance. Quality of food , music and alcohol is the worst ever and a waste of money.

Horrible crowd at the club. The guys at the club were harassing taking advantage of the huge crowd. Not acceptable from such big clubs who make heavy profits by letting 500 people on a weekend.
