Drift in Lower Parel is a chic, contemporary spot that gets the balance right between aesthetic, vibe and food, making it a solid choice for both leisurely lunches and buzzy evenings. The space feels plush and polished without being intimidating, with warm lighting and a layout that works just as well for catching up with friends. What we had during our visit: The Avocado Croissant Tartine was the star of the meal – a beautifully buttery, flaky croissant base topped with creamy, well-seasoned avocado that had just the right hit of freshness and acidity. It’s indulgent yet light, and pairs perfectly with a coffee or a cocktail, making it a great order whether you’re there in the day or at night. The Broccoli Falafel Wrap is a clever, comforting vegetarian option: soft, nicely spiced falafel with a distinct broccoli flavour, wrapped with crunchy veggies and a zesty sauce that keeps every bite juicy. It doesn’t feel heavy or one-note, and works really well if you’re looking for something wholesome but still café-style and fun. For mains, the Pappardelle Bolognese hits that classic Italian comfort zone – wide, silky ribbons of pasta coated in a rich, slow-cooked soya graded with sauce that’s full of depth and not overly greasy. The portion is satisfying, the seasoning is on point, and it’s exactly the kind of dish you linger over with a drink. Service is attentive yet relaxed, and the overall experience feels premium without being stuffy. With its sophisticated ambience, thoughtful menu and standout dishes like the Avocado Croissant Tartine, Broccoli Falafel Wrap and Pappardelle Bolognese, Drift is definitely a place I’d return to and recommend for both casual hangouts, after work and special occasions.

A Divine, Leisurely Lunch at Drift I headed to Drift for a leisurely lunch with my bestie and absolutely adored the ambiance and cozy vibe of the place. Conveniently located on the first floor as you enter, it sets the perfect mood right from the start. The Food & Drinks Iced Mocha: Incredibly smooth. The chocolate used was of excellent quality, and the coffee flavor came through perfectly. Mushroom & Feta Flatbread: Hands down, the highlight of the day and a absolute must-order! The feta was top-tier—creamy and zesty—while the mushrooms were wonderfully juicy with a beautiful hint of truffle flavor coming through. Broccoli Falafel Wrap: A very unique and healthy option. The toum pickles added a fantastic crunch and vinegary zest. The only minor feedback would be to add garlic hummus inside the wrap to give the dish a bit more depth of flavor. Souffle Au Chocolat: The perfect finish to a lavish lunch. It was light, airy, and divine—a dream come true for dark chocolate and warm dessert lovers. It is made from scratch, so it takes a little time, but it is absolutely worth the wait! Hospitality & Service The service here is incredibly solid. Our server, Ms. Anaita, was lovely, cordial, polite, and highly attentive. We were also greeted by Chef Sumit, who was jovial, extremely helpful, and proactive about seeking feedback from guests. He personally guided us through the menu based on our preferences, making the experience feel truly special. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience ordering from Drift Café! The packaging was excellent—everything arrived fresh, neatly packed and travel-friendly. The Quinoa & Seasonal Vegetable Bowl was healthy, wholesome and surprisingly filling, making for a perfect guilt-free meal. The Broccoli Falafel Wrap was loaded, flavourful and very satisfying. A special mention to the Mint Mocha, which was incredibly rich, chocolaty and indulgent. Finished it off with the Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake, which was delicious too. Great quality food and thoughtful packaging—will definitely order again. Thecrazyindianfoodie recommends.

You can’t miss the Drift brunch at the Comorin garden tables or you can call it the orangery. Beautiful garden in a glass house with chandeliers and tables around plants.. totally stunning. The food and drinks are fantastic. The mocktails and cocktails pair so well with the food and are totally refreshing. Perfect to beat the heat. We began with a grazing board.. with dips and crackers. Yum. The appetizers and mains were equally good. The baked camembert was my favourite. The desserts were delicious too. Much check this brunch out.

Was invited to Drift, to try some of their new menu additions from their All Day Breakfast Menu. Starting with the absolute standout for me — The English Breakfast Bowl. The scrambled eggs were probably some of the fluffiest I’ve had in a while, the hashbrowns were crisp and the cherry tomatoes were literally bursting with juice. Great quality of sausages and produce. It comes with baked beans and a side of sourdough bread. Sourdough can sometimes get a bad rep because certain loaves tend to be overly rustic and hard to get through. But this one was perfect. It oddly reminded me of beautifully buttered kadak pav from childhood tea-time at grandma’s home; just a more elevated, artisanal version of that comfort. The Mushroom & Feta Flatbread was excellent — beautifully thin and crisp. The creamy fromage blanc + feta base, paired with truffle, created the most heavenly flavour bomb alongside olives, mushrooms and rocket leaves. For mains, we had the Fried Chicken Burger and Broccoli Falafel Wrap, both of which were pretty good. Drinks-wise, the Iced Mocha was divine — nicely chilled, excellent quality and with just the right amount of sweetness. The Strawberry Matcha was a little mid, however the quality of the matcha used still felt genuinely very good and refreshing. Desserts here are amazing! When the chef says “excellent choice” on ordering the Chocolate Soufflé, you KNOW it’s going to be good. Rich 70% dark fine choc, deeply chocolatey and yet cloud-light. Also tried their Mango Basque Cheesecake — absolutely delicious and a complete 10/10 for textural harmony. Also, I truly believe what can make or break a dining experience, regardless of how good the food is, is hospitality. A special mention to Anaita, who attended to us with genuine warmth and attentiveness. She made us feel looked after throughout. We were also greeted by Chef Sumit, who was highly amiable, jovial and wonderfully hands-on with the guest experience — thoughtfully guiding us through the menu based on our preferences and being genuinely open to feedback. Overall, we had a really lovely experience. Tasty food, good quality ingredients, beautiful space and staff.

Visited on a Saturday night having made a reservation. But the place was rather empty. We ordered the biscoff matcha which was alright. The chicken pie from their breakfast menu was light and flaky and the lamb burger was average. We also ordered the chilli hot dog which again wasn’t bad, but not super flavourful. Their dark chocolate soufflé was our favourite - super light and airy. Overall, the place doesn’t really disappoint and everything is just fine - makes for a good spot for a casual and quick lunch.
