Had one of my best dinner nights ever. Everything was just so perfect. The ambience was amazing it did feel Royal and classy. The food was mouthwatering and perfectly cooked meat. The mutton appetiser was deliciously soft and biryani both mutton and chicken biryani were cooked to the perfect texture and softness. The Awadh theme is very well brought out by even the cutlery. Thanks to Samruddhi we had a great time.

Too good food, authentic Awadhi .. I have been eating at ITC restaurants all over country since last 4 decades , still till today I have not found a serious competitor in entire world .. today we had fixed Nawabi meal .. I feel divine tonight

4 of us arrived at Dumpukht at 21:00 on 24 November 2023. I was surprised to learn from Ajay that he couldn't find the reservation. When I showed him the proof that I had called the hotel at 15:35 the same day, he gave us a table meant for 10-12 pax. When we pointed out a few vacant tables which were suitable for 4 pax, he told us that the particular section of the restaurant was reserved. We compromised with the amusingly large table. In spite of waiting for a good amount of time, no one came to the table to serve water or offer the menus. When we were waiting for someone to attend to us, we found out that our neighbors were also suffering with a similar problem i.e.a very large table for a very small number of pax. This led me to believe that probably the staff had done something fishy to accommodate some preferred guests at the cost of other reservations. We decided to walk out and bring this matter to the knowledge of the f&b manager. When someone from the f&b team met me in the lobby, I shared the complete story with him and he checked his records for my reservation. To my surprise the reservation was perfectly recorded on his phone. This probably indicates that Ajay lied about not finding the reservation thinking that we would go away if he says so & it may be easier for him to accommodate the privileged guests. We have been visiting this hotel ever since the day it was made. Even before Ajay started working here. It is really sad that ITCs prestige & Imtiaz Quereshi's legacy is left to be compromised in the hands of people who neither value their job, nor the customers hard earned money

Wish I could give a zero. Horrible experience. All friends went for a fun evening but it turned out sour. The staff is extremely rude and not bothered to attend with customers wishes. Out of 7 2 were vegetarian and they were not letting us share our veg food with our friends saying that non vegetarian can only eat non-veg. Had to place the same order multiple times and after waiting for long they would say we never placed any order. Ajay and his team were a big disappointment. The staff is extremely rude and overall it was a pathetic experience.

Extremely rude and condescending staff which made the dining experience Extremely horrible. I made the mistake of purchasing ITC Cullinaire membership which entitled me to discount on the bill. The staff not just very smugly refused to honour it but also didn't show any inclination to help or offer alternatives. If this is their behaviour towards a member of the highest Tier of their loyalty program, I wonder how would they be treating a normal customer. Extremely disappointed with ITC as a brand.

Pathetic is one word for the staff here. Very bad staff attitude. Unbelievable that a 5 star place can have people with such an attitude.

Poor service and below average food. The restaurant staff were quite uncooperative and rigid
