Visited earth cafe in BKC & the food was impressive in terms of its quality & taste. & price point. We ordered- the berry bowl - 8/10 walnut pesto spagetti - 7/10 as it was less creamy falafel wrap - 9/10 Hazel choco cake - 10/10. It had no added sugar & was packed with jaggery so we indulged in guilt free dessert that made our evening. Sameer served us well & understood our dish preferences well. Thank you!

it's one of the very few vegetarian cafe in BKC and the food was good however the hospitality lacked a lot. we were offered a cramped table just besides another table with hardly any space in between. There were almost three 4 seater tables vacant at that time so they allowed us to sit with a condition that we need to shift if other guests arrive. We disagreed to that condition but finally they agreed. we ordered our food and in the end ordered a dessert however they asked us to shift to a smaller table even though it was made very clear that we won't get up until we are done. I totally understand that you are doing business however you are into hospitality business so customers experience should be above everything else.

Although food was good, they overcharge for every little thing on the menu, and the value for money is seriously lacking. The staff is polite but slow and generally evasive - do not accommodate seating requests and dining experience in lieu of business and profits, and this is despite them assuring you it’ll be taken care of and then when opportunity arises, not bringing it up and avoiding attention, only to be given the real reason when asked about it later. Super loud music unless asked to tone down a little. There’s no customer-experience embedded in their service one bit. And the place is cramped, like any other Mumbai cafe.

I have been to other branches of Earth Cafe and this one was a total disappointment. To my surprise, i hated coming to this place as the other branches were my favourite go to places. The manager here is totally annoying and should show more respect to the customers. Even the other staff members leaving a one or two were not cool the way they judged and behaved. Even the food came late and was not as good as the other branches. Not coming here again. The vibe needs to be better and the manager needs to lower the attitude, stop acting over smart, be careful with words and with the judgy personality.

Went to this amazing cafe- with a pre booked table on a Saturday evening. Got seated, placed a simple order of matcha, guacamole and some salad and started doing some work on our laptops. Come 35 mins we realised there was no food and nobody had even checked on us. After we enquired 2-3, a different waiter came and informed us very casually that who took our order was a new guy and the order didn’t reach the chef. In an age where AI is reading minds, this amazing cafe with its very able staff is struggling to convey orders between a table and the chef, 100m apart.

Highly disappointed with the service. We were served water after asking for 3-4times, later also had to repeat ourselves for water then they came just gave one glass and left whereas we were two at the table. No cutlery, no tissues. not expected from a premium cafe where they charge you premium but service is so poor.

There was a rat moving on my table. It jumped on my husband n when we informed the manager he simply changed our table. The food was also ok

too slow service and my partner got a stone in his Falafal Wrap ! they were apologetic but that does not solve the basic hygiene issues.
