Earth Café has a really adorable ambience, decorated with teddy bears, making it a perfect spot for friend outings or cute dates. It’s a pure vegan café, and they also offer vegan milk options for beverages, which is a big plus. The service is good and the place is genuinely beautiful. We tried their hot chocolate with almond milk, and it was absolutely yum. Highly recommend this café if you’re looking for a cozy vegan spot. Also, a small tip—the staff member at the door is great at clicking pictures, so don’t hesitate to ask for a memorable photo. 📸✨

I had a really disappointing experience . First of all, the service was terrible. There was a guy wearing a cap who was constantly on his phone the entire time. Even when we were clearly ready to order, the staff didn’t come to take it. Instead, they were literally arguing among themselves about who would go take the order. It was unprofessional and frustrating to watch. When we finally ordered the Raspberry Lemon Cooler, it turned out to be one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had—completely off in taste and not refreshing at all. When I informed the staff about it, they responded with attitude and were very dismissive. I asked if I could switch to another drink from the menu, but they refused outright and said it wasn’t possible I have to pay for it then just walked away. The staff was inattentive, rude, and highly unprofessional. Overall, a really bad experience and definitely not what you expect from a café in Mumbai. Would not recommend.

this is the first time I've ever written a review but I couldn't help myself it was so bad. starting with the service the waiters are rude and they often ignored us. the food was bland and they got my drunk order wrong and did not give me the right one afterwards. for food we did not enjoy a single thing and it took too long to come we had to wait for 30 mins at least. the lighting of that place is also quite bad couldn't get good photos to over-all it was a 0/5 experience would've given it a zero but there is no such option. the food lacked salt was bitter tooand the staff was unfriendly got sick after eating the food. overall worst experience ever please don't waste ur money on this place

The service was so slow. They took 40 mins to get some below average vegan food. Do not recommend at all !!
