We had an incredible experience at Earth Cafe in Palladium Mall. While we stopped in for the coffee, it was the outstanding hospitality that truly won us over. We ordered a classic Mocha and an Oat Milk Cappuccino—the latter was genuinely out of this world! Both were perfectly brewed and very reasonably priced. However, what sets this place apart is how they treat their guests. Traveling with a 9-month-old can be stressful, especially when it’s time for a feeding break, but the staff went above and beyond. They were incredibly patient, helped us manage the usual "baby clutter," offered a feeding bowl, and even took the time to play with our little one. It’s these thoughtful, human touches that create loyal customers. Thank you, Earth Cafe, for making us feel so welcome. You guys are amazing!

Amazing Vegan Cafe! Outstanding food and service!!! The veggie sourdough pizza (better than regular pizzas) , spaghetti with meatballs and the pesto truffle risotto were all equally good, we gave all 3 dishes a 10/10. Kashmira was wonderful, friendly and helpful, as were the other wait staff. Eagerly waiting for a branch of Earth Cafe in Pune! will definitely be back, frequently.

wasnt as great as Bandra outlet. Paneer wasnt available. Hardly any keto friendly option.

While we got seated early but the service is pathetic. Staff is not bothered and just does lip service. Food takes forever to come. Open sandwich breads are untoasted / cold. Bread served with the soup is also cold and untoasted. I am writing this review while seated and waiting for our main course. Funnily, he just came with a wrong order on to our table.

In the middle of our meal a server just shows up and says order whatever you want quickly and vacate the table we have a reservation. Take my advice there are plenty of other restaurants at palladium to choose from, this place was nothing special and an attitude like this will just ruin your day.

Messed up order. After 15 min of wait, chef tells multigrain bon not available. Changed order Brocolli soup had excessive salt While giving bill, still charged burger which was cancelled.

Very poor service for a premium price. JackJack is my favourite from their menu and they ruined it. The server forgot that we had ordered drinks!!!
