Service & Hospitality • Exceptional Hosting: What truly sets this cafe apart from the rest is the owner, Saylee. Her hospitality was the absolute highlight of our visit. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. • The Personal Touch: It is rare to find an owner so present and engaged with their guests. Saylee’s warm demeanor made us feel more like friends visiting her home rather than just regular customers. • Prompt Staff: The rest of the team perfectly mirrored this standard of service—everyone was polite, quick, and always ready to help with a smile. The ambience was pleasant. We ordered the cheesy mushroom open toast, which tasted decent but lacked cheesiness. The pizza base was good and the veggies were fresh; however, using ketchup as the base was disappointing. The piña colada shake, however, was good.

Food was alright, but the overall experience was very unpleasant because of Mr. Kunal Sharma, the manager. He was rude, dismissive and irrational. He behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. He showed no willingness to listen, no basic courtesy, and no attempt to handle the situation with maturity or reason. His attitude completely ruined the atmosphere and spoiled our visit. It is deeply disappointing to see someone in a managerial role treat customers this way. Given the number of similar complaints here about poor staff behavior, this unfortunately does not seem like an isolated incident. I've never really taken the time to write bad reviews and pointing out someone like this. But this incident truly deserves it. Definitely not acceptable. Wait time: 30-60 min

Was told by the manager to expect wait time of 40mins for food!!! When requested to add some more ingredients in the dish, the manager said they can’t do it and started explaining the cafe ‘SOPs’! But eventually made the order as requested. The food is good but would not recommend or return given the dining and service experience.

The food tasted very average, even in the beginning, we told that this is not the food we ordered, but they kept saying this is how they make it here. Most of the food we could not eat as it was not good. they neither prepared the food again nor they reduced the final bill amount. Horrible experience, will not come here again.

Ordered Mushrooms stuffed tandoor . The worst tasted food I had since my ages. Highly disappointed. Paid full amount but disgusting experience. Will not recommend any other.
