To begin with the service was too slow. The berry iced tea that we ordered was just a horrible mixture of something in the name of iced tea. The edamame dim-sum was okay. But sushi was good. Overall can be worked upon beverages and food

Absolutely pathetic experience from start to finish. Using mayonnaise as garnish on dishes like Paneer Tikka and Vietnamese Roll is not just unnecessary, it is culinary nonsense. It completely destroyed the taste and showed a shocking lack of understanding of basic flavors. No normal customer walks into a restaurant expecting mayo to be dumped on such dishes, and when this was pointed out, the waiter had the audacity to say we should have informed them earlier. Informed them of what exactly—that they shouldn’t ruin perfectly good dishes? The staff were rude, careless, and clearly uninterested in serving customers properly. Asking for a simple recommendation for good noodles led to the waiter suggesting Hakka Noodles—which wasn’t even on the menu. That level of cluelessness says everything about how poorly the place is run. The Pan Fried Noodles took 35 minutes to arrive while the restaurant was barely 25% occupied. If this is their speed during low rush, I can only imagine the disaster during peak hours. Slow service is one thing, but slow service with bad attitude and worse food is completely unacceptable. Honestly, someone should open a good restaurant nearby because the returns would be guaranteed. With food and service this bad, customers are practically walking out hungry and looking for better options. Any decent outlet in the vicinity would thrive instantly because this place does an excellent job of driving people away. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible management. Easily one of the worst dining experiences.

Good evening sir, my whole experience was utter shit coz there was no coordination among the staff, no food given despite giving several calls, waiters were not able to answer about the food, plz improve the back kitchen as well as the service which is the most important aspect for a restaurant. Everything was not perfect in the restaurant also food was given to the table after 2 hours while the order was placed 2 hours before.

Dim sum was not at all good. Pot rice was tasteless without garlic plus rice was half cooked and some plastic material found in it. Drinking water normal was stinking when we ordered bisleri the glasses given to us had a dead cockroach. Very bad food
