Okay, if you check out my Zomato profile, you will keep seeing how much I love East End Deli, so when it comes to their food it's always good, I've never had complaints even once. What I would love to see further is better hospitality in terms of having enough spoons and forks for the dishes being served, water being served, and tables being kept clean with minimal requests and calling. They do well in everything else except these minor hospitality gestures, which definitely would do wonders in enhancing their services.

East End Deli is one of favorite go to places for chilling and relaxing in the evening. I tried Falafel with garlic sauce for the first time and was in love with it's lovely taste and texture. The only thing that is disappointing is that their hospitality for things like serving water, giving you the menu and all is not upto the mark.

One of the best cafe I have visited in a very long time. The pasta and pizza are simply amazing. We also tried the hazelnut pastry and it's extremely good. The staff is also very humble and recommends you the best dishes to order from the menu. Ambience is also great.

This is one of my favorite cafes in Chembur, but I've noticed a few issues during my recent visits. They often seem understaffed, and on several occasions, they've run out of ice. Additionally, when I ask for hot chocolate, they frequently tell me it's unavailable. I believe they should update the menu to reflect any items that are out of stock. Despite these challenges, the food and taste are still great, which is why I continue to visit regularly.

Ordered for chicken tikka wrap what i had in dinning was way too different then what i ordered at home . It dint even tasted like chicken tikka wrap when I ordered at home it was something different bad taste . I reordered the same just coz i like it in the restaurant . Disappointed !

The service was delayed,even for display products it took more than 30min to be served that to when we when went to the counter he remembered the order,least attention to the guest. But there was also only one server . Food is amazing but service could be better.
