We recently visited their outlet and tried their litchi watermelon bubble tea in a water-based version and the Belgian chocolate flavor in a milk-based concoction. one of the best bobas I have ever had. Tried a milkshake one with chocolate and blueberry bobas. It just bursts in ur mouth with flavours. So amazing!!

I've been coming earlier when it was Dr. bubbles, now they have increased sweetness alot leading to no flavour or taste , also they've degraded the quality of the bubbles not satisfied with the product now. possibly won't be coming again.

the delivery design of the cup is one of the worse designs I have ever seen. the tin opening is too narrow for the huge straw, and there is no way to break it open and retrieve the boba.

Customer Service is bad. Staff is unwilling to do the bare minimum for customers. It's harder do get what you want than you would expect from a good store.

Horrible staff !! Never ever go to bandra carters !! The staff is so rude and things people are dumb and does not even answer questions!!
