Pathetic food. The sizzling brownie was so hard to eat. Beers were not chilled at all. The AC was not working so they turned on the cooler which was throwing warm air. They have the audacity to say it will take 1 week to get the AC repaired. They have so. Many branches across mumbai and still they can’t fix the AC? They didn’t tell us about the existing beer offers while placing the order. Its was the worst dining experience at their Colaba outlet. Don’t visit this place as their AC is not working.the rice was not hot. They served the rice at the room temperature.

The restaurant needs to lay out a clear Written Policy that patrons are not allowed to talk to one another, because one Mr. Leon (who claims he is the branch manager) clearly ensured it doesn’t happen. Last time I checked, the Indian Constitution didn’t disallow it. Neither did I see any written rules by Effingut, contrary to what Leon said. Trust the management will look into such conduct.

Cocktails were horrible except whiskey sour. Their signature black mist tasted like black shut honestly. Extremely poor cocktail experience. Only fit for their beers that’s it. Really need to evolve

Worst place ever…the ACs are not at all functional. The coolers don’t work. Food is average. Not at all value for money. Please think twice before spending money here!

there was no proper service and they do not want to have us seated they just wanted to close early and no services and most of the menu is out of stock
