Great way to enjoy bombay’s famous streetfood and in a clean environment. No compromise on the flavors because of hygiene. Love the avocado sev puri, bhel puri. Slightly pricey for street food but worth the spend.

Elco is now not worth the hype. It was excellent in its taste years back. I had ordered Ragada pattice, Sev Puri, Mysore masala dosa and Gulab jamun. Ragada pattice lacked the taste of chutneys, there was too much onion on the top and also one piece of bread was served with it, which was quite weird. Nobody has bread (pav) with ragada pattice. Sev Puri was good but you get much tastier sev puris even at the pani puri vendors at the street corners. Gulab jamun was good. Overall it is not recommended if you want to have chaat.

I visited this place to see what the hype was all about. I tried the Pani Puri and it tasted very average plus the price doesn’t justify the taste or anything. You can totally skip this place. One can easily find better pani puri on streets.

I have been visiting this place for almost 3 decades now since the late 90s. The quality of food here has deteriorated with time, the one aspect by which it gained its fame back in the day. We ordered a Basket Chaat for the first time along with Chole bhature & Kulfi Falooda. Although the Chole Bhature was comparatively okay, the quantity was very less given its price (₹270). Basket Chaat was a letdown. The filling used in the Basket Chaat felt like it was pre-cooked and kept outdoors throughout the day and hence didn't go down well with us post consumption. Kulfi Falooda was good but again, given the quantity it was overpriced (₹240). Seriously, I request the management that if you are pricing your chaat & food at premium pricing, make it justifiable by offering the quality and quantity that you previously did.

Asked for home delivery of sev batata puri and dahi batapuri. all separately delivered. while serving guests, I found that the potato and onions were smelling really bad and were supplied stale. Previous days left over items were delivered. I only hope my guests don't get good poisoning! So disappointed and angry!! Don't know where to complain??
