We went to the place intrigued by the ambience. But the place is so calm and beautiful. Also the cakes and pastries were just mouth watering. Loved it.

The RED VELVET HAZELNUT TUBE CAKE is the best I've ever had here. Would recommend it. It's 10/10.

The ambiance of the cafe is very pleasant and they serve desserts and various other items We tried their - 1. Mini Gooey Chocolate Cake 2. Cutting Dessert (Mouse in cuting chai cup) Taste - 4.5/5 Ambiance - 4.8/5 VFM - 4/5 Service - 4.5/5

Absolutely in love with the tub cakes at this place. I like the red velvet tub cake it’s so mouth watering and yummy. One of the best place for tub cakes.

Went here for a late night blueberry cheesecake. We called in ahead of time to request that they keep one on hold for us. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. I’ve had much better cheesecakes. I have been here before and gotten deliveries as well which have been delicious. Maybe it’s just the cheesecake.

Pathetic attitude and service: Ordered a marshmallow hot chocolate with almond milk, I was told since it comes pre made and is served after reheating hence any customisation is not possible. (are they for real). Settled for an iced americano and 2 iced teas, got served a bitter coffee. On pointing the same, the lady gave me gyan on dark roast beans (instead of knowing proportions as per beans used). To balance the dark roast, I asked for hazelnut which was not available got suggested Irish flavour. I pointed out portion control to not make the flavour over bearing. the lady just poured 3/4th drink in the sink, added water, lots of flavour and made a drink which was just sweet flavoured water . Even when I could not consume the drink, got billed for it without even an apology or sense of regret that a customer is leaving with a bad experience. Not expected here.

Pathetic Service!!! being a regular customer we ordered tub cake and it was smelling badly and inspite when we informed thm tht u change the that particular item and give us a fresh one...thy denied it,thy told we cnt change, so we left the item there only...The owner of the cafe was rude he told not to change and let thm leave!!! Worst owner and worst service expected frm thm!!! so will suggest better not to visit this cafe!!!

Ordered tres leches pastry and it was stale...this is out right cheating the customer... I think elementria bakery should reread hospitality management and customer service rules as keeping stale food is just not done
