I have been addicted to their red velvet tub from the day I first had in Bkc. It’s one of the best red velvet tubs and I am not a fan of red velvet in general but this can’t get enough of it Red velvet tub - 5/5 Nutella tub- 4/5

Tub cakes are their most sold cakes. We had their Intense Chocolate Tub Cake and trust me it tasted the best till now ❤ Definitely a must try 😋👍

Had heard about this place a lot and finally gave it a visit the other day. Couldn’t understand what the hype was about! Being a baker I can say their deserts are really mediocre, atleast for the price. The red velvet hazelnut tub cake that they pride upon wasn’t even good!

I had ordered Cortado and Ginger Cutting Chai and honestly I felt like I literally had been ripped off my pockets. I am am regular coffee drinker and have had coffee from all over the world. Cortado is supposed to be a spanish coffee which is made by pouring a shot of espresso into a small cup and adding equal parts steamed milk. what i received was just the expresso. Even the tea tasted like it was reheated multiple number of times and that too was tasting bitter. When I confronted them over the call, they told me that the coffee is supposed to be just double shot expresso ( dont know from which recipe book they have made it) and that the cutting chai is also supposed to be strong ( i didn't know that the entire concept of cutting chai which is supposed to be kadak was also supposed to be bitter) really appalled by this attitude.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent Zomato order. I received a cake that was already expired. The sticker on the packaging clearly states that it was safe to consume only till 8th December 2025, while today is the 9th. When I contacted the Powai branch (from where the order was received), the staff member I spoke to was rude and dismissive. She initially denied that such an incident was possible, and even after I shared the image as proof, the explanation given was simply “human error.” As a pregnant woman, this is extremely distressing and absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t just a service lapse—it is a serious safety issue that puts consumers at risk.

They dont serve fresh hot chocolate, its already made and they reheat and give. Also there was so much malai in the hot chocolate. Small cup and in that less quantity plus it costs 210 rs. Totally waste.

Had a very bad experience got charged twice for a cake bought and they refused to accept it and kept dangling that they will look into the matter and never gave a solution! Very poor staff management..
