It was 3rd July. Me and my wife were coming back from Imagica and so damn hungry. We got to know of this Pizza Place from a cousin and thought had to give it a try, and boyyyyy, we were not disappointed. We had ordered Mirabella pizza and Garlic Parmesan Fries. Mirabella Pizza - 10/10 So good with the onions, jalapenos, feta and sundried tomotoas. Garnish with Garlic Oil, Chilli Oil, Flakes and Oregano and it turns to the best pizza I have ever had. Truly amazing Garlic Parmesan Fries - 9/10 The fried garlic and parmesan cheese where so good with the fries along with garlic dip, I was lost for words. Also the service was so quick, we had the pizza within 10 mins of ordering. It's also budget friendly. My total for 1 large pizza, 1 fries and 1 peach ice tea was just Rs. 1250/- The staff was polite and the ambience was soothing. Overall, 10 on 10 from me for my visit.

Very Nice ambience, good soft music , quick service, ordered Cajun spiced potato Wedges, Garlic bread , Margherita pizza 🍕. The sour dough is really really good , potato wedges are yum. The Margherita pizza was little bland and instead of cheesey dip they give mayo . If these things are fixed I would definitely visit the place again and again. I visited the place in the afternoon. less crowded at that time. Overall must visit the place.

One of the good neopolitan pizza i had. Had Olive you so mush 4.5/5, garlic fries 2/5,masala lemonade 5/5. Small place, no seating outdoor (when we visited), poor ambience, worst part- staff/chef, none of them wear gloves for handling food or hygiene

Recently dined here and loved the pizzas. The open kitchen idea is a nice touch but it would be better to make the chefs use GLOVES while handling food and maintain hygiene.

ATTENTION PLEASE !! Please do NOT go on the high ratings and reviews ..it's just an ordinary pizza place and nothing more than that everything lacked taste..its just like a normal regular pizza and the cheese garlic bread also had normal GO company mozarella cheese..it's not an authentic pizza place if that's what u are going for..plus the price is also at the level of authentic Italian Pizza places..so make your decision wisely

Extremely disappointed with the experience at Emma’s. We travelled all the way from Andheri (over 1 hour) just to have pizza here because we love the food. Their timings mention they are open till 12 AM, and we even informed them in advance that we’d be reaching around 10:55 PM. We had pre-ordered our food as well. However, when we arrived, the staff refused to let us dine in and kept insisting we leave, even though another customer was still being served and their food was being prepared. We quickly finished our food, but the staff continued to argue with us to leave. To make matters worse, they switched off the AC and lights in the section where we were sitting, which felt extremely unwelcoming. The food here is no doubt great, and that’s the only reason we travelled so far. But the hospitality and the way the staff treated us was unacceptable. Very poor customer service, and sadly, this has put us off from ever visiting again.

we visited to have pizza, before that I told the 3 items on the order but the server person did not punch the pizza order from our 3 items and we waited for 10 minutes to get our pizza but after asking to staff they told that no order is punched for pizza so in that 10 mins anyone could have asked for do you need any item next from our menu but no one asked anything till we asked for pizza. because of this scenario we did not wait there to have pizza. kindly improve the skills of your employee. we liked the 2 items from menu which was potato wedges and garlic bread both were nice in taste but did not liked the service

It clearly states that the place opens at 1 pm but even after waiting for over an hour, it still hasn’t opened. The contact number is switched off, so there is no way to get any information. This shows very poor management and a lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience.

This is a pizza place where pizza is not available, just an ordinary place with below par food , don't visit and waste your time.all the positive reviews are most probably fake.
