Cockroach Alert: Absolutely unacceptable experience at ERA Mumbai. We found multiple fully grown cockroaches crawling on our table and along the wall, right next to the kitchen entrance. This cannot be a one-off issue; it clearly reflects extremely poor hygiene standards. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. The manager was nonchalant and didn’t even bother coming over to inspect the situation. That response alone shows how normalized this level of negligence is at this establishment. If this is what customers see in the dining area, one can only imagine the conditions inside the kitchen. I genuinely hope this is taken seriously by FSSAI and relevant regulatory authorities, because such conditions are a direct risk to public health. Avoid at all costs.
