I had done a booking for Christmas 25th dec,2025 . For the same I had called on 4th dec,2025 at 7.48pm for age policy inquiry to which they said it is 18+ and thus booked two days in prior that is on 23rd december,2025 . Now on the day of Christmas they call saying the booking is cancelled for a mistake the restaurant has made regarding the age policy. Then they lie saying that they never said it was 18+ . First you lie then you inform last minute. When I booked two days prior why didn’t I get a call regarding the age policy that time. Everywhere else it is now booked . And the staff is also extremely rude especially Mr Fazal Shaikh who is not ready to accept their mistake and is blaming me instead. Not to forget the tone in which he talked which is not professional at all . This is how the restaurant works ? This is whom they hire for customer service? And this is how they treat their customers ?

the staff is extremely rude and full of attitude, specially the lady at the front desk named Vibhavari, she was so rude and ill mannered that I m suprised how these people even get the job. pls change the staff and get some good people from hospitality

At start they served jameison for 1 hr later they denied it saying thay the whole stock i shifted to a private party and they were short of stock and they didn't give jameison at all. pathetic service at such a place is very disappointing

Vibhavari at the reception was extremely rude. I would have entered the place and enjoyed but chose to go somewhere else because of her behaviour

they stopped giving us Jamieson and stopped giving us as they had a private party and all Jameson bottles were shifted there
