We visited the famous chocolate store ITC Maratha’s fabelle on the occasion of Easter!! They are fine luxury chocolate brand that tastes exquisite! They have brought to us delicious, and scrumptious Easter eggs, that looks so colourful and far and the chocolate eggs are infused with crunchy almond hazelnut Clusters with milk, chocolate and Ruby chocolate as well! The ruby chocolate is one of a kind chocolate which is available only in fabelle. it is naturally pink in colour and it is so sweet without any artificial sugar added in it! it simply melts in the mouth! All the Easter eggs recipes are handcrafted by master chocolate with explosion of treats test text sure as you break the chocolate egg with a wooden Hammer ! It is such a fun experience. We came for a birthday treat - we ordered vanilla cremuex bar. The dessert was made fresh and it was indeed very well served. The best part was the hospitality - knowing that we came for birthday party Kaustubh served us with a small gift of three small chocolate cups. It is a must visit place - 5/5 for ambience and 5/5 for the quality and service. Indeed a great start for the birthday . Thank you team ITC -fabelle.

You cant go wrong if you dont mind paying for quality. And this place is just that. Quality chocolate, and quality staff. I had gone for an interview, and while chilling, went to this place, to buy some chocolates and have the hot chocolate+nougat drink. Both were superb. And the prices were also, honestly, not all that bad. Worth a visit

It’s obvious to expect the best from the brand Fabelle as they serve the most exquisite food experience with the utmost finesse. The Hot Chocolate leaves a trail in the mouth and the taste in imbibed in the memory forever.

This is just 5 mins walk from my office. I ordered their white chocolate cheese cake and it was amazing.. the cheese cake I ever had.. it had a layer of some jam, white cheesecake, fruits , caramel and what not

The only reason we used to go to ITC was bhukhara. Recently when we went there for lunch , we saw this bright board of fabelle and knew we had to visit ! We tasted a few of their chocolates which were good but not anything special. What we were really curious about was the Ruby chocolate have been dying to taste it since it has been discovered and the only way to get that in India is Fabelle. To tell you about the flavour, it is one of best we have ever had. Since Ruby Chocolate us inherently berry flavoured, you can really understand the difference between berry flavoured white chocolate and Ruby. If you are a fan of gourmet chocolates, you should definitely try the Ruby Chocolate at fabelle ( since it's the only brand in India that offers this new typr of chocolate)

A big shout-out and lots of hugs to the Chef Aishwarya for curating the very special dessert platter for my wife on the eve of her 28th birthday creating a special symphony between visuals and the taste buds. Loved the milk chocolate with hazelnut mousse and the one with Ghana cocoa. We are no connoisseurs by a long shot but the entire family loved the overall experience! Thank you, Aishwarya for the detailed brief to all and delightful execution!

The desserts we're quite exquisite and one of a kind whereas the Hot Chocolate seemed to be the show catcher. The chocolate bars had a very nuty and dark flavour which was the taste I loved. I would had given a 5 but it was quite expensive

When I entered this place it was smelling so good and tempting. There are quite a few options for chocolates which are insanely over priced. There were only two options for eggless, just a suggestion on eggless! there should be options for eggless too.

Please don't order from here. My parents had placed a order for a special occasion for chocolates from here. They do levy a delivery charge for the deliveries to be done. Despite that and this being a part of a 5 star. My order was delayed. We were not even informed of the delay till the delivery turned up on my door 5-6 days later stating too much traffic on previous days. Despite this no contact was made with me until 3 weeks later. When I told the manager of the same he just blamed it on a third party which was responsible for delivery. Not very 5 star like. I asked for a refund and he said he would deliver the chocolates nonetheless and do a refund on initial conversation. By the time it came to delivering on the promise, only 1 bar of chocolate with a refund was done where yet again the delivery boy did not carry change. I have previously had chocolates delivered form very small places with much better customer service than this shop despite the premium they would be charging since it is an ITC venture . As for the bar of chocolate it is highly ordinary and overpriced and I would rather buy a bar of lindtt for the same price. Safe to say I won't be ordering or recommending this place to anyone.
