Factory Bar in Malad is our favorite spot for a mid-week outing, especially on Wednesdays for Tipsy Karaoke Hindi & English Nights. The staff is so polite and attentive, making sure we are well looked after even when the place is completely full. It is rare to find such quick service with decent & above average quality of Food.

Good for a post-work drink with friends. I wish their factory theme was more present in the decor but it's just a nitpick. It's a great place for a drink. Also, their fish from their fish and chips was great.

It’s a great neighbour good bar .I particularly enjoy their Saturday kareoke nights . The service and good is great !

About the place - Located on the first floor, this place offers karaoke on most days, making evenings quite lively. Prior reservations are recommended for evenings. The service is decent, and the menu includes both small bites and full-portion meals, along with drinks. A good option for a casual outing. About the Food - The Chicken Popcorn was crispy and perfectly mild, the Sausage Salami Fest Pizza was cheesy and fully loaded, and the Chicken Lollipops were chunky, juicy, and full of flavor. Great portions and great taste — loved it!

I’m just wondering if it’s a compulsion for the Karaoke Host to sing 3-4 songs every hour.. I mean I’m there to sing as well and not attend his concert.. the service was fair not excellent.. but never going back for Karaoke.. other places host much better..

I visited The Factory Bar and Kitchen with a group of friends for their karaoke night, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience. Woman’s safety – 0/10 A drunk man kept harassing a lady from our group the entire time. He repeatedly came close to her, tried to grope her, whisper in her ear, and asked if she was single. Shockingly, not a single staff member or organizer intervened to ensure the woman’s safety. Even after we left the venue, the same drunk man came outside on the road and continued creating a nuisance while trying to follow her, ne of our friends literally had to physically push him away and handle the situation himself because the staff did nothing. Staff attitude – 0/10 Extremely irresponsible and uncaring toward guest safety. Customer service – 0/10 Very poor service and no support when it actually mattered. Ambience – 0/10 Completely uncomfortable after such an incident. Karaoke night management – 0/10 We were promised everyone would get to sing, but our group barely got 3–4 songs in total. Taste of food – 0/10 Nothing special and definitely not worth the price. The overall management was disorganised, careless, and disappointing. We left feeling angry and very disappointed. I strongly advise people, especially groups with women, to avoid this place completely. 🚫

Had Gone For A fun Karaoke Session with Our group , the team hadling karaoke system(Mumbai.Karoke the famous social media team) only gave mic to few selected people which they called management reserved Table . Few of our member didnt get turn till closing time and 1 of friend even dosnt get chance to sing. when asked the management y r we not getting turns they said they are managing it ... Crowd was mixed One sick drunk person kept harresing our group Girl despite telling him to stay away.. She was very uncomfortable and even after coming down that Sick person had the audacity to come to her and ask her r u single we littlerly had to push him away Dont go by the social media reels . Food was Very Okiesies Please dont waste your time and money also save yourself from such sick drunk persons Mumbai Karaoke person post program came to say sorry as he relised that we are going to write this review told him we had requested several times but he didnt litsen at all... and later no point apologizing

The place is a scam we reserved a table in the afternoon where he mentioned free entry in evening when we were leaving the house he called us mentioning you need to pay cover of Rs. 750 per person
