Very good food. Service was slow but I guess the gas shortage is causing this problem in most restaurants. The staff was quite apologetic. The biscoff kunafa is very nice. The starters also were very good

Even though the outlet showed accepting payments on zomato, they didn’t accepted payment through zomato. The manager seemed least bothered and qas quite stubborn!!

It was one of the worst dining experience I have had with my family. Made a reservation through District App clearly mentioning that the reservation is for my parent's wedding anniversary. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the manager was AWOL. The other staff just asked us to get seated at the big table since our reservation was for 9 pax. After that, everything moved at slower than a snail's pace. There were only 2 men who were attending all the tables, taking the orders, clearing the tables. 7 tables and only 2 men doing all the work. Food arrived even late. Had to wait 45 minutes just for the Mandi Rice to arrive at the table. What was even funnier that we asked the waiter if 1 portion will be sufficient for 9 pax and he said yes to it. Once the Mandi Rice arrived, it was only sufficient for 6 pax. And it was not just my table who were disappointed. All the other tables were left waiting for their orders for more than half an hour. Someone complained their bill being incorrect too

There is a person name as Sufiyaan (so called manager) he is very arrogant and talked us so rudely his behaviour literally upset my whole mood and he not even say sorry for his behaviour instead he keeps argue with us for table booking and Sheesha - in the end i raised by voice against him and decided to take this metter with Owner. Not sure who hired him as a manager and to be honest he dont know how to talk to customer we were 10 mins late and he gives our reserved table to someone else thats fine we ok we that but his behaviour towards us was totally different and tone was too high. I would request zomato dine team to please take strict action against this person so that he shouldn’t repeat such kind of things to other customer. Rest is fine we had our dinner and enjoy our meal no doubt food and sheesha is amazing.

Very bad behaviour at the restaurant by the manager! No sense of hospitality. I would rather go hungry than go to this restaurant again! The manager was very rude and insulting to me and my guests. Very disappointed and angry with their behaviour. Never faced such behaviour at a restaurant that to from a manager.

Endless waiting for food. The service extremely, extremely slow. The manager didn’t bother to come out of his comfort zone and talk to angry clients. Don’t recommend it. Just give it a miss, really! You’ve plethora of options in the area.

worst restaurant in town.Very rude person at the front deskActs like he owns the place and acts like he is feeding us for free.Very uprofesional .I don't know how such people are even hired in the first place.Please don't visit .

Even after the booking was confirmed, they failed to provide the promised benefits. This constitutes a form of scam perpetrated by the staff here at the time of billing.
