One of the many places where we get really good, fresh and healthy options of food. I had their Chicken Hummus Salad along with a Lemonande today. And it feels so good and nourished. It is ususally my go-to place for lunch. And it always will remain.

The location is in North Skyzone First Floor at High Street Pheonix.(.Just above Subway Outlet ).They could add this on Address it easier to locate .Coming the Food we went for Make your own Falafel & Orange Lemonde. The Make your Make your Falafel is similar to the subway concept where you can choose your own ingredients to make the Falafel.I added the original Hummus which was quite tasty..This is the Ingredient that made the difference from other shwarma Outlets...Any Dish With Hummus is a Must Try Here...Orange Lemonade was not that great plus Rs75 for a glass is quite expensive..so Avoid the Drinks.

The falafel shawarma came warm, despite a long travel. Delicious, but badly wrapped together - it was sparse on top and pungent in the last bite. Will try a pick up next time.

Ordered from Falafel's on Swiggy on a Saturday afternoon. The food was delivered on time. However, packaging was quite shoddy. They sent hummus is a paper foil box and when it reached it was leaking. Food wise : Hummus and Pita : The hummus was too bland. Even the salt was less. While the quantity was really generous, the taste was lacking. The veggies side didn't seem fresh or appetizing. The pita was more like a chunky naan. Also, it didn't give an impression of being freshly baked at all.. The 40% discount on swiggy was nice at first, but the taste of the food was a let down. I paid 170rs for this meal.

Quick cravings for food post work got me here to Falafels in palladium. Was craving for something tasty. Was roaming and suddenly came across Falfels was to my rescue. Ordered for American cheesy falafels.. To my surprise it didn't tasted like the usual ones I have am a regular customer at the Falfels but the taste was missing somewhere! Hope that's the first n last not so good experience !

Very very average place. The food was almost stale and the falafel was so dry! I am sure you can find better options in phoenix

The hummus and bread is good, sauces are primarily tomato sauce based, very sweet, very artificial, and thus a BIG let down....Was attracted because of the extensive menu, friendly staff. The food preparation and use of artificial tasting tomato sauce took it all away :(

Review is for takeaway ordered through delivery app on 9th Dec, 2019 from this outlet. I have been ordering from this outlet regularly from last 1+ year now . However, off-late from last 1 month or so.. their quality has deteriorated. This review is for the order that was done for Hummus with Falalel Platter. Firstly, since this is delivery, i would like to mention that they have changed their delivery packaging now to soft aluminium boxes along with aluminum foils. This is causing serious spillage and quality issues. - Hummus was okay but due to being packed in aluminium box with paper cover, most of the Olive oil gets spilled in the delivery bag. Result is that final Hummus was more dry & thick and was missing the taste of tahini and olive oil since they were spilled out of the paper cover into delivery bag. - Falafil Bullets: These were now packed in aluminium foil instead (see pic) and were soggy by the time they reached me due to being packed in aluminum foil paper. Also the one delivered to me were SOUR (khatta), which could be due to batter NOT BEING FRESH. Being soggy and sour, it was not at eatable! - Salad - Instead of traditional vinegar dipped cabbage and beetroot, Normal Tomato and cucumber is being served. Not sure why this deviation? So much for traditional!! - Pita bread - Pita bread was roasted too much resulting in it being hard then normal. - Spicy red sauce - It was not delivered unlike earlier times! Overall i was really disappointed with the way things are delivered! Seeing the packaging, I felt as if i had ordered from a street vendor instead of a franchise and famous restaurant. The phone number mentioned in Zomato is not working, so no possibility of giving feedback on call too... May be restaurant is too busy taking orders instead of correcting this. I tried re-ordering this just to recheck my above assessment.. but sadly same thing was delivered and replacement was without any salad... although the food delivery app does mention this. ( i have been getting it from last 1+ year without any issue) It appears that Falafels is loosing focus on quality and basic packaging ... may be too settled. Some of the reviews below also mention about Shoddy packaging. Not sure if restaurant is bothered about this. Hence, For falafel's this outlet... I will surely give it a miss now on-wards and go for other alternatives ... which are many in this area for this food item. :)
