had their original falafel. they make a pocket with falafel inside and it is tasty, healthy and interesting.

First of all, they give the option to 'book a table' where as there is not possibility of doing that as it's just a STALL in the food court and when I called to ask about this very specific issue, the person confirmed that they have place for seating! secondly, we booked with the cover charge which is not redeemable soo we had to spend some good amount of time to find place to sit and then order from here only! Thirdly, we decided on the items that we need from the menu and these guys didn't have half of the things that we wanted soo we had to change our order almost in it's entirety. however, the food ordered was only good thing. BASICALLY, if you are to visit Falafel at infinity, malad, be cautious about booking and ordering items that are suppose to be available.

Pathetic...... we had ordered 1 Mexican falafel, but sorry to say but the product made was rubbish. The required sauces like salsa sauce and Mexican beans were missing, half of the veggies were missing and the ones put were completely raw (not ripe). Upon complaining, Mr. Ram the store manager rudely replied that this is the way we make and we can't do anything about it.. Upon further escalating the issue to Mr. Biswanath Podder, he ungraciously replied that there cannot be any mistake from our end. The poor fellow didn't knew that they are supposed to serve ripe veggies and not raw.. It was clearly evident that since the higher management of Falafels is simply irresponsible of their customers the what to expect from the store level.. Kindly visit the store at your own risk..

No extra tissues no spoon and I asked for made your own salad they asked me they don't have that. then they ask me to go with paneer salad and it was not there in menu and they charge 350rs. totally disappointed
