It's a very good restaurant. My family used to go to a different restaurant earlier but after discovering fat choy restaurant, we switched to it. Food is nice and the pricing is also good

Lovely food especially paneer..one of the softest paneer ever had.. really like the honey noodles as well... always a delight eating from here and ordering as well

This is a Indo-Chinese outlet located on the SV Road in Santacruz West just opposite the BPCL petrol pump. Parking is available in back lanes of building. The interiors are pretty cozy, simple and relaxed. We decided to start with Chicken Lollipop 🍗 It was okay to taste and could have had more meat. For mains, we had Chicken Fried Rice and the Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried Rice 🍚 This was paired with Chicken Manchurian and Chicken Chili. The food was super delicious 🤤 The quantity was decent as well. The service here is great and friendly. But the food is a bit pricey as compared to the whole experience!

they asked me if i wanted Regular water or Bisleri , i asked for regular . the waiter then went and passed comment with his colleague "arre yeh toh regular wala hai and all strated laughing" dont know whta was that about Food is good , service is quick 👍

The non veg manchow soup was yummy. But the mangolian pot rice tasted yuck. Very less quantity according to the price and tasted stale.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Restaurant at All Costs! I honestly don’t know where to begin. Our visit to this so-called "restaurant" was nothing short of a disaster. Let me break it down: Cramped & Uncomfortable Seating: We were a group of 4, and the table we were given was ridiculously small and cramped. It was so uncomfortable that words can’t even describe it. There was no space to move or breathe, and it was a complete inconvenience. Rude & Unprofessional Staff: When we asked one of the order takers to move to a table for 6 (since we were feeling suffocated), the staff member was unbelievably rude. His response was a flat "No, that table is for 6 people" in such an arrogant and dismissive tone. Seriously? Is this how you treat your customers? There was zero effort to be polite or accommodating. Filthy Environment – Mosquitoes & Rats: This place was infested with mosquitoes buzzing around, making the dining experience unbearable. To top it off, there was a large rat casually roaming around the restaurant. How do you expect people to eat in such conditions? It’s absolutely disgusting! Unprofessional, Rude Staff Everywhere: Every single staff member we interacted with was rude beyond belief. Their attitude was dismissive, uninterested, and frankly insulting. The lack of basic respect for customers was appalling. Uncivilized would be an understatement! Unsanitary and Disrespectful Service: After reluctantly agreeing to move to another table, which was still cramped, the waiters somehow mixed up our plates and glasses. When we asked for replacements, one of the waiters actually started making faces at us. This is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. Zero Patience from Order Takers and Waitstaff: The patience of the staff was nonexistent. Every time we had a question or request, we were met with annoyance. One of the waiters even asked us, "Is everything okay? Should I take your plate?" with the tone as if we were bothering them. Their attitude was clear – they couldn’t care less. Overpriced & Terrible Food: We ordered noodles for Rs. 300, and the portion was laughably small and the taste was mediocre at best. Then came the triple rice for Rs. 385 – tasteless and bland. You claim to be a "premium" restaurant, but your food doesn’t even come close to matching the price. If you’re charging such high prices, at least get your food right! The hygiene, taste, quantity, and quality were absolutely subpar. No Customer Service Etiquette: At the very least, the staff should know how to greet customers with a simple smile and basic courtesy. There was no warmth, no friendliness – just pure indifference. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by simply sitting at their restaurant. Do yourself a favor and teach your staff how to be professional. Same Horrible Experience on Second Visit: To top it all off, this was my second visit to the restaurant, and my experience was exactly the same as the first. I thought maybe it was just a misunderstanding the first time, but no – they are truly this bad. To sum up, this was a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and dignity. The restaurant is a health hazard, the food is overpriced, and the staff is outright rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and I suggest you don’t either

I'm writing this review in regards to share how unhygienic and careless this restaurant is. We ordered a full Singapore rice as a takeaway. I came home to see that they have given me a half eaten appetizer of someone's else dinner order. I called up to inform them to about this and they accepted it and told me that it's not their fault that I didn't seem to notice this situation then and there. I've never seen such a disgusting attitude of the staff, not only they're rude but also okay with the fact that it was okay to give someone else's half eaten order and not take responsibility for it. Please check your takeaways before preceding to go home. They're too careless and boastful to be trusted. Never going to this restaurant just for their bad service.

I ordered on swiggy chicken fries rice and chicken manchurian and i speficly mentioned without eggs still they put eggs in that im alergic to eggs and they refused take back and didnt even refunded the money this last time im ordering with swiggy and fat choy very bad service

the Malaysian Flat noodles were dry and the Manchow soup tasted like water would not recommend to try this restaurant
