Excellent restaurant when it comes to dining-in.. good service, awesome food (both quality and quantity), seat availability might be issue but the wait isn't long... However, its a completely different restaurant when in comes to ordering via swiggy and zomato.. the food is below average and left me with a sour taste. The food items for delivery has more of maida/cornflour coating on the chicken, than actual chicken. When I was dining-in I got shredded chicken in my fried rice, however on delivery that was replaced by fried chicken.. and most it wasn't even chicken just piece of fried maida/cornflower. Maybe the drop in quality is because of the heavy zomato/swiggy discounts and commissions. However, this only diluting their reputation. I would prefer quality over any measy discounts. We ordered Chicken spring rolls, chicken soup and Devils chicken. The spring rolls were good although more oily. The Non veg Hai Pin Thang soup was salty and just eatable. The Devils Chicken was average. Have been ordering from this place quite a bit but the quality is going down mainly in peak times. Something for the owners to look at.

We went on Monday evening and ordered One Spring Roll and American Chopsuey the order took time to come to the table but it was piping hot but taste wise I found both the items to be average the coating of spring roll was bit thick and the American Chopsuey could be added with more veggies for me it was ok place ambkence and food wise....

This place is bringing the brands name down big time! The staff is Too Stubborn to be customer centric . They want to serve as they will. They have a NO for every modification or customised request yu have for food, like don’t add Carrot to rice “No we can’t exclude that” give little boiled noodles for the kid? “Sorry we don’t have ready” asked to prepare it and take charges “sorry we don’t do that” all this is still okay, the major disappointment was, ordered Schezwan fried rice, there obviously no capsicum we found a center of capsicum that is to be discarded was rotten in middle of our rice, they even denied to accept it! Like we got it in pocket from home. No guilt no sorry sheer attitude .

I placed an order and the delivery boy arrived at my place. the order was worth 820 rs and I paid the guy 1000 against which he gave me 200 rs and rudely said 20 rs do...I asked him werent u sent with the exact change? he arrogantly said : "common sense haina ki aisa amount hoga toh tumko chutta dene ka" Is this the kind of staff firebowl has kept? is this the way they talk to the customer? when I complained to the restaurant they started defending him saying : he talks this was only. wow really surprised with the resolution. At the end the guy started yelling saying dedo khana wapis leke jaata hu. Such a shit experience by firebowl. really disappointed and hurt.

Today I had ordered Veg Mongolian Pot Rice and found a dead cockroach in the food. This has never happened before in any of the outlets of Fire Bowl, however I must share this review so that they take hygiene seriously.

There was long hair inside rice and the restaurant manager is not ready to accept it and not ready to compensate in return, bad experience, need to improve their food and service

Dumplings not available, fried one was too oily, Did not like the fanching noddles plus rice it had less taste. Staff was rude when asked to clean the table
