The ac was not working, and it was extremely hot. There is a small dining area, and the kitchen door was open, so all the smoke and heat was directly coming into the dining area. The exhaust when turned on made a loud noise so it was turned off after 10 minutes. The mocktaiks we ordered were over so had to choose other drinks. They food was served after a wait of one hour and that too without the mocktails, as the glasses were over. They are short staffed and clearly they were also exhausted from the heat. The temperature outside the cafe was cooler than inside it was that hot. They need to fix the exhaust issue, increase staff in kitchen and maybe install extra acs or fans for the summer month. The food was decent, mocktails are aerated drinks with artificial flavors. Staff, however, is polite but slow and unorganized.
