⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome Experience at Firin Café - Radisson Mumbai Goregaon We recently visited Firin Café, located at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, and it’s an absolute gem! The ambience is aesthetic and perfect for getting work done while sipping on a refreshing cold coffee or enjoying a hot brew. The place is open 24/7, making it a great spot to chill with friends or a loved one at any time of day. We kicked things off with: ☕ Cappuccino – Super refreshing and smooth, the perfect pick-me-up. 🍓 Strawberry Matcha Tea – A unique combo that totally blew our minds! It was delicious and had a refreshing twist. For food, we went all in with: 🍕 Chicken Tikka Pizza – Really tasty, with great flavors. 🥪 Chicken Tikka Sandwich – So good, the flavors were spot on! 🍝 Chicken Penne Arrabbiata Pasta – Perfectly spicy with a lovely balance of flavors. 🥪 Chicken Sandwich – Simple but so tasty, we loved it! To finish our meal, we indulged in some sweet cravings: 🍰 Pink Forest Pastry – Gorgeous presentation and a delightful taste. 🍮 Cheesecake – Creamy and just perfect, definitely a must-try! The service was fantastic, with polite staff and a very helpful manager who made sure we had a great experience. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. If you’re staying at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, Firin Café should definitely be on your list for a great meal and a chill vibe!

Firin is one of the best 24/7 cafés in Mumbai! Perfect spot for midnight cravings 🌙✨. Loved the cozy ambience and friendly service. Their open bakery is the highlight everything is freshly baked and super tempting. The coffee cheesecake is a must-try, melts in your mouth 🤎. They serve excellent coffee, tea, snacks, and even full dining options. Definitely my go-to place when I want good food at odd hours. Highly recommended!

If you’re hunting for a café at night where your money feels well spent, this is not the place. The staff is undertrained, loud, and unprofessional, throwing around foul language as if it’s part of the menu. Instead of the quiet, comforting atmosphere one expects at this hour, you’re met with the relentless clatter of utensils, shouting from the kitchen, and sheer chaos across the floor. Expect to be ignored for at least an hour—that is, unless you take it upon yourself to find a server. When you finally manage to place an order, be prepared for an excruciating 40-minute wait, even if the café is practically empty. And the reward for your patience? A disaster on a plate. The coffee is abysmal—lukewarm, flavorless, and served in mugs that resemble something from a roadside stall, complete with coffee stains dripping down the sides and sticky handles. The croissant? A disgrace. Dry, lifeless, and tasting like it was shipped in from a third-world bakery. But the real insult? The pricing. After enduring this shabby treatment, you’ll find yourself staring at a bill that makes you question your life choices. The tables are never wiped clean, leaving behind visible stains and splashes as a reminder of past victims

Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered the chicken grilled steak, and it was served undercooked and visibly pink. Despite pointing this out to the chef, the response was dismissive we were told, “if you want, we can overcook it.” We agreed, returned one and a half pieces, but received back only one piece, which was not only overcooked on the outside but still had blood inside the chicken breast. The explanation offered? “It's because of the bone in the breast.” Completely unacceptable and unsafe. We returned the dish again, and to top it off, we were still charged for this disappointing meal. Only when we objected were we told it would be removed from the bill no apology, no accountability, and a completely undignified approach from a brand we expected better from. Ruined our dining experience. Will definitely never visit again.

Great food, pathetic service. Servers took too long to attend. Had to wait for long even for something as basic as cutlery, which wasn't provided by the staff by themselves in the first place. When confronted, they did not have the decency to accept and apologise. Not worth the money if you value your time more. And this is when the restaurant had ample staff and barely 2-3 tables to attend. Guess one must be a big family to qualify to get some attention at the place. Do not expect such poor service at such a brand. Food also, was good, but nothing extraordinary that you wouldn't get at any other cafe otherwise. Unsatisfactory experience.

Had a terrible experience with them. First when the pasta was ordered the server in blue jacket just came n kept the dish and left. There was no serving spoon given neither spoon was there at the table. When asked then the spoon was given. Then the pasta comes which is not fully cooked. We asked for a manager who was in his grey suit was good ensured the pasta was taken care replaced it with the same pasta with no change the only thing was he had the courtesy of getting cutlery. The service was slow and felt they just didn’t care for customer who came for ala carte breakfast!! Disappointing and bad experience!!
