Really yum flaky croissants, some of the best in Mumbai! And the coffee is good too. We always do a quick stop here whenever we visit the mall.

I recently visited Flurys, a dessert place, and I must say it was a delightful experience - The chocolate tart is the standout item and the best thing I've ever tasted there. - For dark chocolate lovers, the double chocolate pastry is an amazing option with its intense chocolate flavor. - The Red Velvet cheesecake is another tasty treat that shouldn't be missed. - Despite its small size, Flurys provides a comfortable atmosphere. - The place has a very cute vibe, adding to the overall charm of the experience.

I had their chicken croissant sandwich which was a little stale I assume. The lettuce looked as if they had put it since morning and I got unlucky to have it during the night. Service and ambience were good though.

I visited this food joint long back in Calcutta so decided to visit kurla outlet.alot have changed since then. the confectionery is good at Calcutta but in Mumbai they are running with badly behaved staff at the confectionery. both the staff was having 0 product knowledge & both was lacking while communicating with us. overall experience was worst & highly disappointed Rating:- Ambiance :- 4/5 food :- 4/5 Staff :- 0/5 Service :- 0/5

Most pathetic service ever! Left the restaurant after getting fed up of the food not coming dsespite multiple complaints and when it came it came cold as ice. After asking to change, they made us wait half an hour and again cold and with hair in the food!!!! Still.unresponsive and finally adter we got fed up and left still unresponsive!!! Worst experience in 30 years!

Worst food experience. We tried strawberry cube cake and lotus biscoff cheesecake. The cheesecake was fine but the strawberry cake didn't even taste like strawberry flavour, the cake sponge was too dry and the cream tasted like chemicals also it didn't seem to be fresh. Local bakeries sell better cakes than Flurrys. Waste of momey.

visited today at kurla outlet as i heard alot about this place from my collegues as they are from Calcutta but the experience was horrible because of not getting attention from staff as first impression is last impression their was no response from lady as she was wearing buds and continues busy on call instead of attending us

we found a cockroach while sipping the coffee. we did not pay, but it was horrendous to take a cockroach out of the mouth.. speaks about their hygeine in the kitchen

the food was cold and definitely stale. the peach ice tea was just flavour water. all this for 400+ rupees.. extremely disappointed!
