Absolutely DISGUSTING, HORRENDOUS & UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR from HEAD CHEF DHARMESH : I’ve been a regular at Food Square Cafe for quite a few months UNTIL the head chef who goes by the name DHARMESH MISBEHAVED with me for absolutely no reason whatsoever! So I was having my Vegan Ramen at the Ramen Bar having a friendly & warm conversation with the other chef who made my ramen & I casually told him that last time the broccolis were bigger in size but this time they’re smaller. This was not a complaint but just friendly talk. So as I was speaking to this chef; this ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Head Chef DHARMESH was ANGRILY STARING at me EXUDING TOXIC ENERGY & he came up to me & ANGRILY asked me; “What happened?” in an extremely condescending & disrespectful way. I calmly told him that I was just speaking to the chef after which this DISGUSTING PERSON DHARMESH got unnecessarily agitated & started antagonising me & frustrating me telling me to “speak slowly” as others are listening. I told him I am speaking very calmly after which this OBNOXIOUS PERSON (DHARMESH) got agitated even more! After I had ENOUGH of his NONSENSE; I firmly told him to BEHAVE HIMSELF as I’m a CLENT after which the Kitchen Director came to pacify the situation. I NEVER got an apology from the DISGUSTING HEAD CHEF DHARMESH & the other people working there (many of whom are my friends) were EQUALLY DISGUSTED by DHARMESH’S BEHAVIOUR! I’ve NEVER had such an experience before as a CLIENT who PAYS for his food! This is not only HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE & DISGUSTING; but also HIGHLY UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR! I URGE the management to take SPEEDY ACTION AGAINST DHARMESH so that this won’t happen again as such UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR DISCOURAGES people from coming to your Cafe & restaurant to have food as this is BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS! Kindly take STRONG ACTION AGAINST THE DISGUSTING HEAD CHEF DHARMESH. Thank you.

Really really pathetic service! Literally one waiter taking orders and serving and one person standing at the entrance doing pretty much nothing but refused to take the order or help out and the one waiter who’s supposed to take the order looks at you and walks away and is so disrespectful and I had an infant with me. I just walked away after waiting for almost 20 mins for someone to just take my order.

Despite there being barely any patrons, the service was snail slow. We had to ask for everything. Right from reminding them to give us water, to providing a chopstick with Sushi (in fact we had to remind them to get us Sushi twice). Food was good, no doubt. However, the lazy service prompted us to give it a meagre 1 star

My son and me both got a bad bout of food poisoning! He’s only 8 years old and has been unwell almost immediately after eating just two pieces of prawn sushi and a slice of pizza! NEVER going back !
