Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I received on [29/3/26] at [8.00pm ]. very bad Server was and very rude ,disrespectful when describe the incident]. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope you will take appropriate measures to address this. actually i have ordered food from foodway bhandup he firstly I have received the ordered after 2 hrs.,in that also he have send us wrong order......and when I call to foodway bhandup for completing about the order, he started talking in wrong way and loudly, he was not sorry for wrong order but he was talking in wrong manner........and after waiting for 2 hrs he is asking then should I cancel u r order in very rude way.....this is not way to talk to the customer's.....very very disappointed from you call center person and this is the bill which I have attached......very very disappointed......After saying also we are your regular customer way your talking like this to us he was not ready to listen..... very very rude person

I ordered chicken Schezwan fried rice and the bill had caramel custard included in it but it didn't came i asked for extra sauce by calling them but still they didn't bring it and gave a unreasonable reply on it that he forgot and said that we had sent caramel custard with the order but the delivery man said that he didn't got any with it the restaurant fooled me and argued with me for no reason and said that do whatever you want to ask customer care and said don't blame us i will never recommend anyone to order food from foodway worst experience ever

This restaurant is one of the best place to have affordable food with good taste. Their North Indian Cuisine is just too good. My favourite mains are their Chicken Tawa and Butter Chicken. The portion size is very good and the pricing is also less. They have a huge menu and dishes to choose from

This restaurant is one of the few rest in town which is affordable and also quantity of starters are large only main course portion is correct for 2 people. The best part is quality is also very very good i mostly recommend manchow soup and butter chicken with tandoor roti is lip smacking dish do try It is a family rest with large seating area with ac also without ac.

If you are looking for some tasty Non veg dishes , Foodway it is Here you can go and have great food probably dinner at most affordable price range Located near sonapur signal and usually crowded

The food is too bad and oily,if you want to have health and stomach issues then feel free to have food from this restaurant. The amount of food colour they use is ridiculous.Guys please stop ordering or having food from this place.

Before today's ago I visit this place And really believe me the place totally disappointed me 🤦🏻‍♂️. About the food I ordered Chicken Crispy the dish I was got really very worst becz then chicken pieces is very hard and not even properly hot Don't know when the chef is cooked keep side and waiting for anyone's order🙄 In main course I ordered chicken Biryani The Biryani as well same not even properly hot and the pieces are not cooked properly About the staff they are very slow I request to give one bottle of water they give me after 10 min 🤷🏻‍♂️

I go outside with my homies. Than i got this outlet for dinner. This outlet was so good. I love so much this dish. The dish murgmuslam was so much fabulous. I really love it. Highly recommend this place.

The food was very good and the services provided by the employees is also great. The place has a great ambiance and also worth for price. It is best for everyone to go with families, friends, colleagues . The crowd is decent and the area of clear and comfortable. It is close from Nahur Station as well as Bhandup.
