For us Frangipani is the place to go when we don’t have to think too much about what to eat, it’s just the best!! We go to Frangi regularly.. Love the new menu.. and service. Especially want to mention the service by Rushab and Augustine! They were so thoughtful and attentive. We were there with my toddler. They got her toys to play with and just the attention to detail, and their suggestions were amazing. Would recommend Frangipani to everyone even though it needs no recommendation. And big shout out to Rushab and Augustine!

We visited Firangi Pani at Trident Hotel for a special Kelvan ceremony for the groom. Despite a simple request, the team arranged a beautifully decorated table and surprised us with a personalized congratulatory cake. very professional staff.

Nice spread gud ambience amazing generous warm hospitality by the Restaurant Manager Grishma who personally reached out to the minutest preferences of the guest personality addressing the table.She is very courteous

It was a amazing place , there were lot of items in buffet menu , food quality was good,I liked the deserts very very much , the desserts tasted so delicious, it was worth it

It was very chaotic and unmanaged, ofcourse the staff accommodated our early checkin but that was it. The food was not at all delicious and not tasty. Starters were hard, food was getting finished on buffet it took them ages to refill. The pizza never came on our table that we ordered. All I could see was staff scrambling in all directions, I'm sure they were understaffed both for cooking and serving. Totally not worth and every penny was a waste here. I regret going for a family dinner. It's absolutely a no for this restaurant. Sorry ppl please live upto the name of 5 star at Nariman Point.

Used to visit here very frequently, even after the staff knowing me very well, I had a bad experience. Tushar, the manager at the restaurant did not assist us well and argued with us making our experience not pleasant! Didn’t expect such a behaviour from the staff and manager at frangipani
