Iam a die hard desserts lover , got these yummy brownies from itc grand central . Trust be these brownies are damn delicious 🤤 each and every bite is filled with flavours. Made with rich dry fruits dark chocolate makes it irresistible to binge more than one loved it ♥️♥️♥️

Call it an excellent choice to spend a lazy Sunday evening coffee over a conversation. The Ambience, Service and the coffee was just something you wanted to feel a perfect Sunday looks like .

I was delighted to have attended the cake mixing ceremony held on Saturday followed by High tea at Fredericks Lounge, ITC grand Central. The courtyard leading onto the fountain area was beautifully decorated. The mood was festive with enthusiastic people all ready to start mixing in the liquor with dry fruit. I dived right in to get the feel of it. Mixing and mixing and there was more mixing. The whiff of alcohol was getting me hungry now. Orange ice tea in cute bulbs, choconut madness, and passion fruit mojitos were being served, all containing Daru, of course!! Now coming to the high tea at Fredericks, there were counters serving tea, coffee, savoury and sweet snacks. The ambience was beautiful, felt cool inside. Pretty chandeliers, antique classy furniture caught my eye. What I liked best was the service with a smile. The savoury snack I tried & liked was the tuna bun and flaky puffs. Who was counting calories that day? Not me!! With the fabulous array of pastries & desserts, I wished to try them all. A special mention to the baked yogurt and chocolate pastry I savoured. Yogurt held my attention till the last spoon. The pastry was a treat too, dense creamy chocolate layered with moist cake. The coffee was blended to perfection. I also tried a glass of Ice tea. It was an interesting section, where you could pour yourself a glass and choose the flavour you want. Only wish there was better seating arrangements for all the guests that were invited. However on any other normal day this place will surely give you an high tea experience fit for a royalty. A rather classy and elegant place. Tastefully decorated with muted lighting and interesting elements such as antique telephones, display of cigars, etc. Tables are placed apart from each other so you don't have to hear others' conversations which is a big relief. This is an elegant space for a relaxed time with quiet conversations.
