I am extremely disappointed and upset with the experience my family and I had at Fresh Catch. We visited expecting a pleasant family meal, but what we received was shockingly poor service and complete mismanagement. To begin with, even bottled water took nearly 20 minutes to arrive at our table. The main course was served incomplete, with only pav provided and the accompanying items missing. We had ordered Neer Dosa, but it arrived only after multiple reminders to the staff, which completely spoiled the dining experience. What was even more frustrating was that the vegetarian main course we ordered was never prepared at all. On top of that, the rice we had ordered never arrived despite repeated follow-ups. Throughout the meal, we were constantly forced to remind the staff about basic items that should have been served without delay. This was supposed to be a family outing, but instead it turned into a highly frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of attention, poor service, and failure to deliver ordered food made this one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had. Fresh Catch seriously needs to improve its service standards, communication, and customer care. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience with their family.
