Peri Peri Maggi was way too spicy, and with no easy access to drinking water, you’re almost forced to buy their Boba teas or desserts to cool down. Although the jar is moderately warm, eating with a wooden spoon isn’t the most comfortable experience.

Took 30 mins to take the order ….though we ordered first then too she was serving the online orders first. First of all, though being a Sunday, there was only one woman working, later another one joined and she told the first woman to serve the dine in customers later and she also told we came 5mins back. Which we felt was wrong, though the online orders were coming after we ordered: she wasn’t interested in us at all. Worst experience ever. Very slow service.

Frozen Bottle Mulund West is the worst place to go. Firstly they are never ready to take orders. I have been there a couple of times & every time they have a frown on their face & say order will take 25 mins They speak very rudely to their customers. Very very bad attitude towards their customers. I recommend not to go there at all

As soon as we entered the server said all order will take 1 HR and while ordering he was not ready to take order till 20 min and even after taking the order he took 1 HR 10 min to cater
