Fumi at Sahara Star is a dreamy restaurant for sure with its ambiance and vibe - Located inside Hotel Sahara Star this place is definitely a must visit for Asian food lovers ! We went for an early evening dinner and had a gala of a time seeing the chefs freshly prepare everything we ordered! A small brief on what we tried here : We had a lovely Mocktail named Tropical Sunrise to start with. The Dimsum Sampler was a good choice with 4 different varieties of nonveg options (Prawns Gyozo/Prawns Suimai/Chicken & Prawns Crystal/Basil Chicken) In Appetizers we loved the Crispy Fish in Chinese style and Wok Fried Fragrant Chickens - Loved it! We also enjoyed the freshly steamed Baos and tried Barbecue Pork & Dynamite Prawns - Recommended! We ordered for quite some main course options such as Steamed Sea Bass, Wok Tossed Lamb Chops, Chicken Clay pot along with Burnt Garlic Chicken fried rice - Completely Satisfying! Finally from the Dessert section we tried the Lemongrass Custard with Tropical Fruits & Creme Brulee! Both desserts were top notch in taste & presentation 👌 The service was good and food was impeccable - We would love to be back again!

Must-try: - Non-veg sushi (prawn, crab, and volcanic sushi) - Dimsums - Creme Brulee (game-changer!) - Drinks: Amazing mocktails, perfect accompaniments to your meal. - Service: Extremely cordial staff, chefs are great at giving suggestions. Visited this Asian restaurant recently and had a lovely experience. The sushi and dimsum were the highlights of the meal — fresh, well-balanced flavors and beautifully presented. The sushi was perfectly rolled with great quality ingredients, and the dimsum was soft, juicy, and steamed just right. The ambience was calm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy Asian cuisine at a relaxed pace. Service was prompt and courteous, adding to the overall experience. A must-visit spot if you’re a sushi and dimsum lover and enjoy authentic Asian flavors. Definitely coming back to try more from the menu!

Fumi offers a refined yet interactive dining experience with a make-your-own live hot pot at the table and a well-curated menu guided by the chef. The ambience is serene with live piano music, and the food feels light on the gut while remaining flavourful. The personalised chef attention elevates the meal, and the mocktails are a highlight — the Berry Blast is a must-try, live pits cannot be missed. Thoughtfully crafted, calm, and elegant overall.

Visited Fumi at Sahara Star and tried their newly launched set menu and wow, what a delicious experience! Every dish was flavorful, perfectly portioned and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and the vibe of the place just elevates the whole meal. Definitely worth trying!

prawns tempura sushi taste can be improved, chicken gyozo was amazing and so was chicken fried rice. cocktail taste need improvement. Mr Vivek was serving us, he is great at service.

Their starters were not at all good!! Had their crispy fish which had jeera in it.. not at all good… kung Pao chicken… not that get either have eaten better..: rice noodles sushi were good!
