Had an absolutely amazing luxury dining experience at FUMI, Hotel Sahara Star during the Hanami Spring Festival 🌸✨ 📅 15th May – 31st May 2026 The ambience was elegant, vibrant and truly immersive. Every dish from the festival menu was beautifully crafted and full of authentic Asian flavours. Loved the Vegetable & Prawns Dumpling Soups, crispy Wasabi Prawns, delicious Prawns Gyoza, flavourful Yangzhou Fried Rice, Singapuri Noodles and the indulgent Mango Sticky Rice & Ginger Chocolate Mousse. What made the evening even more special was the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. A big thank you to Chef Raju, Manager Ameer, Mixologist Amey and the entire FUMI team for making us feel so welcomed and valued throughout the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium Asian fine dining experience in Mumbai. Truly unforgettable 🥂

prawns tempura sushi taste can be improved, chicken gyozo was amazing and so was chicken fried rice. cocktail taste need improvement. Mr Vivek was serving us, he is great at service.

Their starters were not at all good!! Had their crispy fish which had jeera in it.. not at all good… kung Pao chicken… not that get either have eaten better..: rice noodles sushi were good!

Everything was pathetic. sweet corn chicken soup was watery,no sauces were served until we asked for the same. With the sushi no soya sauce was served. Was told by one of the staff that clicking photos not allowed as per management rules and with fraction of a second one of the staff is clicking pictures of another family at the same spot. Spoilt my son's birthday celebrations. Lotus stem slices were ultra thick.
