We were very disappointed with our dining experience. Since this restaurant is close to our office, a group of us decided to visit for a Friday lunch after seeing a 55% dining offer on Zomato. The buffet price on Zomato was listed as ₹2,300 + taxes per person, and with the discount, it seemed like a great deal. We booked our table through Zomato and went for lunch. However, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to see that the buffet was charged at ₹2,600 + taxes per person. When we questioned the difference, the staff simply said that the price on Zomato had not been updated. That is not an acceptable explanation. If the restaurant is aware that the listed price is incorrect, it is their responsibility to either update it on Zomato or inform guests at the time of arrival, especially after knowing that the booking was made through Zomato. To make matters worse, the food was not worth ₹2,600 per person. The overall quality and variety did not justify the price. My advice to anyone booking through Zomato: always confirm the buffet price with the restaurant manager before you dine, even if you’ve already booked based on the price shown in the app. Experiences like this feel misleading and leave customers with a very poor impression. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope the restaurant and Zomato ensure that pricing displayed online is accurate to avoid misleading customers.

I visited the Radisson for their buffet and left very disappointed. Much of the food was cold and many dishes tasted bland or underseasoned. I expected more from a Radisson. I’ve had better experiences at other Radisson properties so, this visit was a letdown. If you’re thinking of dining here, I’d suggest checking recent reviews.

Prices mentioned in app are denied. They charges 2600/- per person rather than 2267/- also the convenience fees is too much on this offer. We paid 300/-

Though we were promised a very good time personally by Chef Rahul, we were not at all well attended. We found hair in the Pasta The rice was undercooked Plates clearing from the table was also done upon request. Not recommended for buffet especially if you are with family on a occasion. There are better venues closeby much better in terms of taste, cost and services. Absolutely not worth the price we paid Mr. Vasant Khot, the F&B Manager did not communicate clearly. One day prior to us visiting , we called to confirm with him the booking upon which he said they do not take bulk booking from zomato/swiggy whereas we had already made the booking in advance. He informed us to make the payment directly to the restaurant Upon reaching there when we had to pay the bill, we confirmed with them in regards to the payment method and the staff said they do take bookings as well as payments via zomato/swiggy - basically we were nearly misguided There was no proper co-ordination between the team PS: We had to tell them to remove the Service Charges being levied.

In zomato buffet price is 2354/-+ taxes but in hotel it's 2700/- + taxes,so even after getting 55% discount, buffet price goes to 1600 to 1700/- per person,taxes, zomato convience fees.please mention correct price, Gallery cafe, buffet is not Worth at this price,@10.30 p.m they are closing,not filling starters,main course and juices quickly, food taste is ok.only ambience is good.

We were charged higher than the buffet price that is mentioned on the Zomato app. The air condition was not working plus the service was very slow. The buffet was not getting refilled and we had to wait for the desserts for a long time. The overall experience was not worth the price paid. Kindly look into updating the buffet prices

the problem was not with the restaurant, but with Zomto billing. You showed 250 flat off, and when paying never showed the option properly
