I love their Special Chai, and am a usual customer for the same. But today it wasn't like usual and when informed, waiter said it's same that everyone has.

So I have been their regular customer who frequently visits the restaurant for lunch as it's just next to my work place. The food has always won the hearts of customers that had made Ganga their 1st choice but as they say there are 2 sides to a coin. The food here is exceptionally good but not the management, mainly the managers. My recent 2 visits have been worse and it was not just with me there were 2 different groups having a fight with the manager and one with cashier over rude language and making their customer feel invaluable. Being a zomato gold member I paid my boll through the app and made sure to inform it to the waiter as well as the cashier, and from no where the cashier got angry and rude saying (Kaha kiya hai payment, cash nahi hai kya n all)

There are 2 spaces, one is outdoor area and one is air conditioned, When we entered the air conditioned space we asked if it was open for service. The staff mocked at us saying “jahan ap khade ho yeh hi ac hai and aaye ho andar iska matlab toh khula hi hoga is liye toh aa paye” Also, we ordered paneer manchurian, they got us veg manchurian. We had lemon coriander soup - which was not balanced at all, it was way too lemony (1/5 rating) Veg manchurian was too salty (2/5) Chili garlic noodles had very less chili oil (not flavorful 2.5/5) Veg Springroll only had cabbage, hell lot of cabbage in it) (1/5) Rude staff, not if you are looking for chinese food, make sure they write down your order as they might go wrong We did not have time to change the incorrect order, they were not apologetic either.

Valet scratched my new car very badly and management refused to take any responsibility. Instead of accepting their mistake and offering to apologise at the least, they blamed it on me that it was already scratched when i brought the car and that i was falsely implicating them. Highly unprofessional behaviour. I was a regular visitor here but wont visit anymore. Kindly take your car at your own risk. Management will turn a blind eye.

Don't ever order strawberry cream , they give milkshake in bowl the name of cream. whoever is strawberry cream lover ....should avoid for sure.
