The overall experience was pleasant with good ambience, decent service, and a comfortable stay. Location is convenient and suitable for both family and business visits. A few areas could still improve, but overall it was a satisfying experience.

I went with a friend at this restaurant today. Right from the start We felt we weren't welcomed. They gave us non AC section to sit, even when AC section has minimal Waiting. They said waiting is on when we could see no one was waiting. In the open se sat on a corner table where there was bad lighting and fan was slow, and music was too loud. We brought them to notice, they said we can't provide table lamp, not turn music slow and even upon request they didn't set the fan a bit faster. We order a Veg Seekh kabab as starter and some biting. It was strictly okay. it took them 20-30 mins obviously to prepare Seekh Kebab but even after that it tasted chewey and wasn't fully cooked. Then we tried to order a sizzler, the server says we don't serve sizzler today since it's a Sunday. how can they serve Continental and Italian and not serve sizzler. They just simply wanted us to get pissed off. Now since it was 9 pm and we didn't wanna waste time to go elsewhere, we ordered a Pot Rice to close. The serve bought Pot Rice which was red in gravy and had also vegetables pretty uncooked. The veggie were totally just thrown from a deep freezer into a gravy pot and nothing was cooked properly, not even the rice. We are half and left it. We complained to the waitor and instead of accepting their mistake, the server was like this is how Ppt Rice is made. We were shocked at the response. Rating 1/5 coz ther le is no zero rating for this place. 0/5 Ambience 0/5 Service 0/5 Food taste and preparation

They aggressively push their membership and make it uncomfortable to say no, while also avoiding Swiggy and Zomato orders. They don’t clearly inform upfront that alcohol is excluded from offers, which feels misleading. The person at the cash counter is rude and dismissive. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Very bad service. Inspite of booking on District app still restaurant told us table is not available and then for dishes we ordered we were told kitchen is full and starters will take time. pathetic place.

Please look properly before serving Jain food. Garlic piece was there in jain pizza and pasta.
