Pastry chef Shanaya is a blessing to all of us! They have limited eggless options and I tried the mocha tart which was amazing. I can’t wait to go again! We also had freshly brewed coffee which was wonderful but I am not sure if it’s on the menu, such is the wonder that chef Shanaya is!

It was the first time i visited this place and it turned out to be awesome with good interior and good quality and quantity. The taste was amazing and also proper hygiene was maintained in the cafe. Staff was humble and ordered arrived quickly too..

I have been a faithful and ardent fan of this place. Their signature cakes are almond orange and rose pistachio cakes are just amazing.... haven't had something like these at any place! Three cheers to Shanaya and her team

Amazing desserts … I have tried four varieties of desserts here. All were super tasty and of amazing quality. Waiting to try other varieties soon:)

I bought a wedge of Almond Orange Cake from Gatoh's Individual Serve Menu. It was theobromic! Nutty, sweet, sticky withba hint of tanginess. It's a cake i would reorder in a jiffy. It was my kinda cake. We picked 1 Eclair Classique. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark quite badly. It was a gpod choux, filled with Vanilla-Mascarpone, glazed with Chocolate and yet... it was sickenly salty. Why? I have no clue. I comprehend a touch of salt to enhance the sweet but sooo salty... Big No! I cannot give Gatoh 5 stars because of this issue. As always.. #SeedhiBaatNoBakwaas writeup. We also bought a box of 6 Original Madeleine (Brown Butter & Lemon) These were one of the best Mads ive ever had.. and i, truly, have had excellent Mads in Pune, from a Micro Patisserie, so i know exactly what im eating when i bite into excellent Mad. Pillow-y, buttery, tangy.. everything a perfect Mad should be!! Btw, reordered the Mads. Im greedily carrying them to Pune. 😄 I clicked a lovely video of the Mads but as Zomato does not allow videos you'll have to catch it on my Insta story @kenzyskitchenkorner Go check it out!! Gatoh.. for the Almond Orange Cake and the stellar Mads, you truly have my 🫶🏻

I am living for the mocha tart at this place. It’s a dessert heaven and I am all up for it. Extremely good quality yet yummy variety to choose from. Must try

Small outlet which is made more for delivery and take away then dining as only a single table is available. Coming to food the eggless options are very limited. We tried the mocha tart and the new york cheesecake with Raspberry topping. First and foremost the portion size is really small. The close up makes them look much bigger than they actually are. The mocha tart really had no depth of flavor and was very basic tart. While the cheesecake tasted good the Raspberry topping was so sour that it was beyond eating and we ended up eating it without the topping. Overall given the prices and the hype, the desserts don't do any justice. Have had better desserts both in quality and quantity at other places.

The person then called me and said I could come to the store and pick it up. So today from quite far I come in a cab to the store only to be told that they don't keep the item in store!!! Only available on pre order. Then why didn't the lady tell me that??? I would have pre ordered and only then come to the store to collect when it was ready instead of wasting a trip. Even in store the gentleman was not willing to help. Making excuses. Such poor customer service!! While I have no complaints about the product, the owner needs a lesson in manners. I pre ordered this time. 48 hrs prior I tried to increase the order but they refused. When I went to collect the original pre order, the owner comes out of the kitchen and starts pointing fingers and shouting at me when I asked why they couldn't just increase the order. Unfortunately I cannot give service a zero rating and had to give 1 star. Learn a lesson in manners madam!!
