I had an unbelievable experience at Gatsby bar ! We ordered food there and then suddenly decided to watch a movie but the show was just about to start ! And here walked my lady knight in her shining amour ( staff attire ) Harshika Save ,the manager of Gatsby on her duty ! Not only she helped us with which movies were playing that day but she took us straight to the box office , suggested a good movie and the best seats for us, booked our ticks , took us to till the door of the cinema and told us to enjoy our movie while she was getting our food to our seats !! Brilliant Harshika ...couldn't thank you enough due to the hush hush but u made my Sunday just perfect ! This was nuthing less than Oberoi standard ! And trust me ..I'm a difficult lady to please ! The management needs to hear this and hence sending a shout to you ,Girl ! She is the BEST u have guys !

Went with high hopes given the location in upmarket mall. The place is adjoining nearby Inox and shares the menu. that was a bit of dampener when you are going to a bar. Ambience was nice but music was being played from a makeshift single speaker, again making it feel as if they are a very basic establishment (prices sky high). The drinks selection is nice of course. But service is decidedly poor. We had to keep waiting for ice and ask multiple times. Food tasted good but once again, bad service. Half the menu items were not available and server would come after 15 min saying the dish we ordered wasnt available. Had to leave without dinner at the end. Still rated high due to the taste. Nothing much to go for.

Place is good, food is like theatre food but a lil better. Not that worth the price. Use Zomato offers.

It's just a fancy movie Theatre food court. It feels like there's no real kitchen, they are just heating/grilling ready made or frozen foods. Cocktails have almost no alcohol, just sugar syrup. Just avoid.

We went here, just to spend some time before our movie time initially we had to wait for 20 mins for the waiter to come and take our order. Where restaurants have evolved soo much in terms of technology there comes this place which is inside Jio Plaza which is one of the India’s most expensive and exclusive malls, they take order on a small diary. After placing the order there was no sign of food for 30-45 mins. And when the time came for movie we told them to cancel and bring the bill. Again for next 15 mins no bill. We and another group of people had similar concern and just like uduipi south indian restaurants we had to get up and go to the bar counter to ask for bill and pay it. Upon asking they had no idea of the bill and started calling waiters to ask who served and what 😂. One of the most pathetic experience. Would never recommend anyone to waste their time & money here at all.

Very poorly handled restaurant. Waiters are least bothered to take orders, sometimes they miss punching the orders in system and the customers have to remind them to get their orders. Overall food was average and delayed. After all the this drama, i forgot the bill and requested the restaurant to send me a soft copy of the bill. They rudely declined help. The restaurant is a disaster due to the staff.

Food is exactly what they serve in the theater, definitely not worth it and clearly not worth the money. Nothing freshly prepared, mostly everything is frozen and cold storage stuff. Please skip. Experience is also very average, music below average. Only advantage is that you can get a table even on a Saturday evening ;)

The food served is from the concessionaire stand of PVR MAISON I.e. Frozen and reheated! Bad brownie and average food. Extremely disappointed.
