I recently visited Gaurav Sweets’ newly opened store in Saki Naka and it totally lived up to the hype! From desi ghee mithai to sugar-free options and authentic Bengali sweets everything tasted fresh and delicious. Loved how generous the portions were, and the prices are super pocket-friendly too. The store is clean, well-organized, and perfect for all your festive gifting needs, especially with Raksha Bandhan around the corner. Definitely one of the best sweet shops in Mumbai!

Gaurav Sweets and Namkeen is a famous food outlet known for its roasted namkeen, sweets, and street food items. However, on multiple occasions, I have experienced stale food items while ordering from them. So, I suggest you taste the food before buying it to avoid any unpleasant experiences. Apart from that, I have tried their samosa, dhokla, kothambir vadi, panipuri, bhelpuri, juices, and malpua, and I must say that every item was delicious. The staff is polite and quick in their service.

I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at Gaurav Sweets and Namkeen today around 1:00–1:10 PM. While I was on a call, my female friends entered, and a staff member named Vikesh Yadav, standing near the chaat counter, was openly passing cheap, inappropriate comments about their appearance and dressing, laughing with his colleague and staring at them in a disrespectful manner. I clearly observed and heard everything, yet when confronted, he denied it outright. What’s worse is that the senior supervisor handled the situation casually, asking me to “let it go,” which reflects a shocking level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer dignity. As a regular customer who has always recommended your brand to friends and family, this incident is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Respect for customers should be your top priority, and such behavior cannot be ignored. I expect strict action against the staff involved and immediate corrective measures from your team.

Rude staff. Waste of money and time. Never going back. Wanted to have samosa and jalebi, took the coupon, and gave it to the counter staff. Asked him twice if both the items were hot and fresh, he packed and gave it to me, and then I realised both were literally cold. Upon asking why he packed it, even when I specifically said that I wanted it hot, he straight away asked if I wanted it or not. No apology, no rectification, just arrogance. Probably success has gotten to their heads.

NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE! More than your product placement focus on how to treat your customers. They asked us to hold our little toddler in our arms as they were exploring their store. Despite us immediately putting THEIR PRODUCT IN PLACE!! RUDE staff!!! Would recommend TRUPTI FARSAN CHANDIVALI instead. Good food, good n polite staff, kid friendly!!

Thandai (so kesar & drygruit) small bottles did not have any mfg or expiry dates. Few bottles were bought on 25th and consumed on 26th / 30th and it tasted like rotten on 30th. Not sure how can Gaurav play around with food items like this. Is there fssai monitoring?
