Gayatri Sweets and Farsan is located very close to Borivali West railway station, which makes it easy to stop by if you’re nearby. The shop does not have any seating, so you enjoy the food standing, which gives it a casual, street-style vibe. I tried the Idli Sandwich Dhokla, and it was soft, fresh, and flavorful. But my favorite thing here is the Vada Pav. The potato filling is spicy, soft, and flavorful, and the pav is just the right texture to complement it. Every bite feels satisfying and fulfilling. The staff is quick and friendly, making the experience smooth. The shop is clean and hygienic, which is always a plus for a standing-only place. Prices are reasonable, and you can enjoy a filling snack without spending too much. I would definitely stop here again whenever I am around the station. Today, I ordered 6 pieces samosa, 250 gms of khaman and 100gms of white dhokla for guests at home. khaman and dhokla's taste was fine. But, I found 2 pieces of rocks/ stones in one of the samosa. This was so ridiculous and dangerous. Eating even any small piece of rock/ stone can be dangerous because it can cause choking, dental problems, anything would happen to anyone. I just can't believe the quality of food Gayatri Sweets & Farsan giving to there customers. This is such a worst thing. Sharing images and videos. Such a ridiculous thing.! so bad! Not expected from such a known restaurant from Borivali West! I won't ever suggest anyone to have or order any kind of food from this restaurant.
