Visited this place during the weekend. The staff was friendly and had good smile on their face. The mall has comfortable seating to enjoy the ice cream. The gelato has been into india from a long time and doing well. The offers are good. It did not have sugar free options in any flavour other then one- would have been good if they had more options. Overall a good place to enjoy your gelatos

One of the best ice creams I had in a while. Its located in Growel's food court so there's enough seating place. Had the choclate brownie and cheesecake ice creams. The choclate brownie gave a nice taste of choclate, and on the other side the cheesecake gave a extravaganza of the sweet cheesecake dish and tasted too heavenly.

A little expensive, but the quality is good. It's always good to try the flavour of the month at a discounted price. My personal favourite is choco crunch.

After payment the staff is not aware that payment can also made from zomato gold. on top of the bill they have given says total tax? I mean no SGST and CGST ...pls see the copy of it. you may skip this and try near by Baskin Robbins or try outside having ice cream.

Please make sure that the staff of this outlet is atleast aware of the offers given by gelato every month. And when I told him about the offer, initially he straight away disagreed and later on when he confirmed it from his seniors on phone, he was behaving as if because of me gelato may face losses. He said that these kind of offers causes loss to the company.

They never have flavor of the month in stock. I have been visiting it for the past 2 months (on 1st) but they have always said it's out of stock. The other expensive flavors are never out of stock but flavor of the month always is..
