Crispy chicken was good. Pizza was not good, it just had mozzarella cheese and not the cream cheese. We asked for masala papad but got something else, fried rice small packets made like chaat.

The kung pao chicken was nothing but a coating of Schezwan Chutney. highly disappointing. The service was amazing though.

I visited Genuine Broaster Chicken yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Happy Friend Chicken (Chef Harpal Special), but the outer layer was too hard and the taste was not good. The Spicy Cheesy Chicken had no trace of spice at all, which was quite surprising. I also tried the Paneer Tikka Pizza, but the paneer quality was very poor. The base was too hard, the cheese and paneer were not properly mixed, and the cheese itself was not up to the mark. Lastly, I ordered Chicken Biryani and had to wait almost 60 minutes. Even after such a long wait, it was a complete disappointment — it was not hot, tasted bland, and had only a few small pieces of chicken. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. If you want to waste your money, this might be the place.

All chicken dishes were the worst. Happy Fried Chicken was too thick and got stuck in throat. Chicken Biryani took 1.5 hrs and was highly disappointing. Spicy Cheesy Chicken was average. Paneer Tikka Pizza had hard base with no cheese. Only Animal Fries and Pasta were okay. Overall terrible experience for the price.

the serving time is too much even when there is no crowd...took 50 mins for a biryani to come...also not worth the money...paneer tikka pizza was very blant with very cheap quality paneer and base used...not worth visiting

Ordered the Happy Fried Chicken Chef Harpal Special but it didn’t meet expectations—the outer coating was hard. Also, the biryani took too long to arrive despite no crowd. Overall, not a satisfying experience.

The manager was very rude and very aggressive and was charging fake allegations and was charging extra for cleaning the table The other staff was good but the manager was worst
